★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho Burrito is awesome, and this is a great location. I even viewed the other reviews and any negative review the owner has taken the time to respond and try to make things right, that is not common to see in many food chains nowadays. Personally, I just got out of there, and the guy wasnt chinsey with ingrediants at all (see photo). Everything looked fresh and the place was clean. I really had nothing bad to say at all, and definitly recommend trying it. Only downside, I'm too full now. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is awesome, it is kind of unique that it’s not exactly all that Mexican but has a lot of the characteristics of Chipotle and the like. Their prices are not the cheapest but the food is worth it as it is freshly cooked and flavourful. The staff has been friendly over the last two years and their website has all the nutritional information data needed to know what you are eating exactly. The hot salsa here is amazing and the fresh veggies are pretty good. Always go for the Carne Asada. Also, the guacamole is not the best with the chips, stick to it in a burrito and have queso and mix it with hot sauce... magical stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server was impatient and slopped ingredients onto tacos as if he was actively trying to make a mess. Then at the end he tipped the container on the side to hand it to me spilling all of the contents out of the tacos. For the price of the food and quality received today I will go elsewhere, there are many places that offer these items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here last night and staff was very unfriendly, did not seem willing to serve my boyfriend and I as they were too busy blasting music in the back of the kitchen. I went up to ask for some extra napkins and got ignored so I had to get some from the bathroom. Also they hardly put any toppings in the burrito and wanted to charge me extra for it. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two winter bundles on Uber. They didn’t include the chips and salsa in BOTH orders. Uber wouldn’t refund me for the missing items. I paid $40 for two tiny burritos. They need to pay more attention. Also they should staple/tie the bag shut like every other restaurant does so uber driver also cant steal i have no idea if uber driver stole it. I doubt it and think Mucho burrito rushed the order as always and never once stopped to see if anything was missing. They are always in a rush like building is on fire and they need to make your burrito before the place burns down…even if you are the only one in line. Also food can easily be tampered with and seeing a staple gives you more peace. Looking at other reviewers, I noticed others also mentioning missing items in uber or skip the dishes or wrong items. This is bad. This isn’t normal on uber or skip. It also seems like these problems go on for months without being fixed even though the person who replies says they will fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last owner was very miser with the portions and unfortunately under the new ownership it's the same if not worse. These guys even count and give tissue paper and have it behind the counter.
The last and the new owner hasn't learned from the numerous reviews and feedback.
The young kids staff has no concept of customer service or pleasent service. They had poker faces and don't greet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial experiences were great a few years ago, but seems to be a new team in this restaurant: on our last 2 experiences, the personnel were just unfriendly, rude, impolite and impatient. Overall very bad experience and won't go or order there anytime soon. Best is you guys make your own opinion about the place, but I know we're not the only ones with such a bad customer service experience at Mucho Burrito Orleans :-(
