Have been going there for many years, like I said I'm old, and they are great in every respect. I highly recommend them.

Best thing about this place is you get free whitening if you become a loyal client and keep up with cleaning schedule every six months. Good job :)

They offer exceptional care, all while taking the time to make sure I am comfortable during my visits/procedures. The staff are some of the kindest people I have met, always greeting me with a smile, taking a few minutes of their time to catch up on what has happened since my last visit. The facilities are kept clean and in good order. They are generally on time for appointments, I have never been kept waiting for very long. I used to hate going to the dentist, but with these professional, kind, caring staff, I no longer dread appointments to the dentist. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to take the time to visit Dr. Chbat's dentist office and see for yourself how great the staff is there!

Truly a first class group of people, down to earth and they truly make you feel comfortable especially when sometimes going to the dentist can make many people anxious. I recently went there for a cleaning and x-rays and the experience was great from start to finish. Both reception and hygienist were friendly and professional. Dr. Chbat also reviewed my x-rays and confirmed I didn't need any work as I had no cavities - this was after previous dentist three years ago telling me I had bad cavities that needed to be repaired!! I appreciate Dr. Chbat's honesty and his expertise and look forward to recommending his clinic to my friends and family! Even though we don't live in Orleans anymore, I will always make the trip to this clinic for my dental needs.

Dr. Chbat is honest about when a cavity needs to be filled or can be held off for the future. However they may overcharge you for a cleaning/scaling. The hygienist spent less than 30 minutes (2u) cleaning, but charged me as though cleaning lasted 45 minutes (3u). 1u = 15 minutes. If someone does not have insurance this adds up. Double check your invoices and ask questions if you care about honest service and not getting ripped off. Many dental offices "encourage " their employees to overcharge - information from a friend who is a dental hygienist at another office.
