★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STELLAR! I have been seeing Dr.Barlas for years he is a great dentist. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. Recently, I was having pain in my gums and I was booked right away. My appointment was booked with Kim one of the hygienists and she is awesome. She was very thorough and explained every step of the process. It was very reassuring! Also, Annie always ends my trip to the dentist with a smile. Great team! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a HUGE parking lot. It’s always empty. 50% capacity max.
It’s right beside Chili Thai, the world best thai food. I order from Chili Thai every Friday. I order at 4pm when their website opens, and I pick up at 5:15pm.
There’s always a line up outside, of people waiting to pick up the world’s most delicious Thai food. We’re all there for a MAX of 5 minutes while they bring out our orders. The owners of this parking lot initially put up a fence that blocks direct access which is the furthest away from their building and closest to Chili Thai to try to differ customers from using their precious empty parking lot.
That proved unsuccessful.
Recently, you guys have CHAINED UP the entire parking lot. Why?
Seriously, why?
If it’s chained up, you’re not using it, why not leave it to other businesses. The parking situation at Chili Thai at peek hour are dangerous. People Parking on the sidewalk, blocking other cars, and worst, blocking the view from cars who have a parking trying to backup in ongoing st-Joseph traffic. It’s dangerous! Your cleaners are also parking on the sidewalk blocking it. I’ve seen this first hand!
This could all be avoided if the owners of this empty parking lot weren’t so selfish.
Like.. it’s a parking lot! Are you scared of people using up the pavement? I don’t get it.
I’ll remove this bad review when the chain is gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dental docs is amazing! All the employees that work there take good care of my family! They are amazing with children. I always feel comfortable talking about my treatment and any issues I may have. My husband has been coming to Dr Kokkinakis since he was 5. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.

Not only Ana, the hygienist and John the dentist are very professional but they are great individuals. I know they care for their patients. They look for the best for you. And that's why I have recommended so many people and all are extremely satisfied with DentalDocs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the history of dental offices and customer service, please do yourself a favor and RUN in whichever other direction than this place.
They are RUDE and ARROGANT and don’t know the first thing about friendly and efficient customer service. And they will overcharge you on every possible service that this office offers.
They don’t even deserve 1 star in this review but I had to put at least 1 to write this review. If I had an option of my choice, it would be -5 stars.
***DON’T LET THE FANCY BUILDING FOOL YOU.
RUN THE OTHER WAY - THERE ARE A MILLION DENTISTS, ANY OTHER WILL DO JUST FINE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Dr. Poirier and his assistant Chantal, which I have already done with my family. I am always extremely nervous at the dentist. When I went in for a root canal, I actually enjoyed myself. They had me laughing so much I forgot to be anxious. Dr. Poirier knows what he’s doing, he does great work while being extremely pleasant and cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dental Docs for a many years and have always been impressed with them, from the friendly staff that greats you when you walk in, to my gentle yet thorough hygenist Sheena and the excellent care that Dr. Beupre and his assistant Helen provide. I can't forget to mention Diane for making sure my billing and appointments are kept up to date. I really can't say enough about the great service this team provides to me and my family. Thank you so much for doing what you do.

Well you are going to the right place when you call DentalDocs and book in! I speak from personal experience since I am a long time patient there! What’s even better, they’ve added a member to the team who I’ve met recently… Dr. Alexandre Poirier who brings experienced dependable care To an already well-established office that’s been serving Orléans for decades now! … I highly recommend the services of any of these dentists & hygienists since my family have been patients with 4 of the dentists for over 13 years. I know that the pandemic has been extremely hard on all businesses and all providers whether they are in the healthcare field or not. Having been to their office I can say, having seen with my own eyes that DentalDocs has invested an incredible amount Of time and expense ensuring the safety of all of we patients through this horrible pandemic! Go there! You are going to be an extremely good hands! 10 thumbs up! . I feel confident in referring my friends and family to this office which is staffed by dentists with many years of experience and I never have had to go elsewhere for any specialist appointments as all my family's dental needs have been met here at DentalDocs. We get our insurance refund quickly by direct deposit with no problems at all. I especially like the new text confirmation option super convenient!
