M	Maryse Lamadeleine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience at the Synergy Spa. The estheticians and the hostess were absolutely wonderful. They were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Even with the pandemic going on, you get the full experience and ambience of going to the spa. They have adapted very well to the pandemic in order to keep everyone safe and in order for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. The services were above and beyond as usual. They do such a wonderful job and were very friendly and fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend.

I've booked primarily with Setare who is a great stylist and blond specialist who really takes the time to listen to your vision and hair goals. Highly recommend her for general cut/styling and blonde colouring services.

She has worked with me as I have learned how to embrace my hair texture and we always laugh and have so much fun. Synergy as a spa had amazing COVID safety protocols and I definitely recommend Setare to friends who are looking for a colourist and hairdresser and Synergy for a spa that takes care of its clientele.
M	Melissa Zwiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disappointing experience. The staff was fantastic, however the furniture for my pedicure was unacceptable. The spa has replaced the larger pedicure chair to a small, low to the ground and nonadjustable chair. As a 5ft10in person I was completely uncomfortable the entire time as the ergonomics were terrible. My knees, legs and hips needed to be positioned in very difficult ways for the staff to do their job. I will not be returning because of the furniture, even thought the staff did a great job. Very disappointed by this poor downgrade in furniture.

This last time I got my hair done by Ella I was happy at first when I was leaving the salon I even left a good review(which I deleted) . just after the first wash I realized how fried my hair was. The lightened hair falling off by touching only. I almost have half of my hair from the middle down. I have to get my hair shortened. It’ll take me months even years to get my length and healthy hair back. Such a waste. I don’t recommend Ella.

She really makes sure to understand exactly what you want and always sets realistic expectations. She is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been too!
