A well organized and clean rexall. Since it's the only drug mart close by it can get a bit busy.

I work in this mall and just walked by your store despite it being closed why are your staff maskless on the salesfloor and not social distancing? I will no longer be stopping at this location or any Rexall. Shoppers it is.

This Branch..I cannot say enough good things about them. The pharmacists are caring and concerned people...they actually call you at home to notify you of any small changes in your prescriptions..so should it be in the real world...take notice Competition...thank you for such a great staff and pharmacists at this location Store # 8151...we need people like you in these difficult times..

I know that times have changed but when I tried calling in to get some help with my allergies I feel the whole conversation went to covid-19. While I understand this can happen I just wanted to ask some questions about allergies. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get a reply from this pharmacist. All in all I felt that this pharmacist wanted to just end the phone call and get back to whatever it was they were doing. Not going to be supporting this drugstore much since shoppers drug mart is much better. If you hate your job just do the public a favor and quit. Very unprofessional pharmacist.

I was in line waiting my turn to cash out and there was an older gentleman in front of me. When the cashier finally showed up to check us out, she asked the man to show the barcode so she could scan the item through the plastic barrier. However, the older gentleman spoke French and was wearing hearing aids. He did not understand what she was asking. The cashier (who I will not name for privacy) began to yell at the man when he wasn’t doing what she asked. Her tone was very rude and made everyone else in line very uncomfortable. She didn’t even offer to come around and help him. I ended up stepping towards him and showed him what she wanted. I think someone needs training on more patience and how to help elder people (who are probably the primary clientele at a pharmacy). Not impressed.

Rude service. There was a confusion where customers should line up, as there is no indicators on the floor. The cashier supported the ageism comments about young people being entitled. Unimpressed.

Around two years ago I had terrible customer service. I had an issue with my product and went back to the cash to talk about it, the lady at the cash was extremely rude and gave me sass the whole time. When I asked for her manager she rolled her eyes and asked her to come to the cash, the manager was very none responsive and didn't aid me at all with the issue and continued to let her employee speak to me in a rude tonne as well as my friend when he had a few questions. Definitely one of the most unprofessional group of ppl I've met in a store, especially in a mall like place Orleans.
