I like the bed but I am very disappointed with Structube The problem is when they make mistakes they don't know how to make up for it. As many have indicated, Structube has great products but awful customer service. I don't mean the people in this store, I mean generally from the company itself. We purchased a bed in December. We were supposed to get in January, but got it in February. That's okay, supply chains are impacted everywhere. Then when we did finally get it delivered to our home, we realized they gave us two left side rails, instead of one left and one right. It was a cumbersome experience to get hold of customer service, when we finally did, they said we will have it in a month. That did not happen. Took two more months instead. Worst of all, they wouldn't deliver it, they wanted us to return it and pick up the other piece. It is awfully heavy when its all solid wood and does not fit in my car. In the end the good store manager had to personally deliver it to us and pick up the other piece. Just disappointed that Structube wouldn't do it. We slept on the floor for four months and got no compensation from Structube for their mistakes.

I'd like to start by saying that I am a big fan of the furniture at Structube. The price is right, the quality is good and the style is right up my alley. My only real issue is their customer service- in particular, the transparency around wait times for out of stock items. When you make a purchase they give you an estimated time for when your item will be in stock again- they even note it in your email receipt. I understand that delays happen and it's only an estimate but my issue is they don't keep you updated on what your new estimated date has become. I've now had a few items be delayed by up to 2 months but what is frustrating is that I'm not kept in the loop with the new expected arrival date (which they have on file). Instead, once the original date has come and gone I'm forced to call to find out if I've slipped between the cracks and been forgotten about or if this is just a delay. This is not managing expectations well. I just think that when they realize their dates are going to be off and they've come up with a new one they should let their clients know. It's bad enough to not have furniture for a couple of months(!) longer than you anticipated let alone then having to make phone calls and emails trying to sort out their shortcomings. If you can send me 15 ads a week trying to get me to buy your products surely you have someone who can send me an update on the items I have already purchased from you.

I payed for new table with full price and got a badly refurbished one with missing hardware. Spent 3 weeks trying to get a hold of their customer service. They said I would receive the missing parts and a 10% refund. It's been 4 weeks now and I didn't get any of those. Their customer service number keeps hanging on me after 40 min of bad music. Edit: we got refunded after all, I'm updating my review to 4 stars as we got good service from them in the past. This experience wasn't pleasant though.

Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. We received the ARDA table broken, which was replaced after a 3 months wait. We then received another ARDA table, which was also damaged. We asked for a replacement (a table NOT damaged), and the store manager told us the only thing they could do is refund us and take the table back. We have been a big customer over the past year, and don’t deserve this type of treatment.

We ordered dining chairs in July 2021. They said it would be delivered in October 2021. Then they pushed it to December 2021. When we inquired about delivery of our dining chairs in December, they said now it's been pushed to January 2022. Which will most likely get pushed to February based on the 'out of stock' status on their website for those same dining chairs. I understand Covid has had an impact but 6 to 7 months for an order to arrive is ridiculous. We ordered custom made dining table from Canadel, custom leather sofa from EQ3 this year - and both these CUSTOM MADE items were delivered ON TIME within 3 months. The dining chairs we ordered from Structube are not even custom made, they are part of the standard stock. We've been holding out on buying other dining chairs all this time but if we had known earlier about such ridiculous customer service, we would have ordered else where and had our dining chairs for the holidays already. Now we're just waiting until 2022. Really disappointed in the lack of accountability at Structube - and hence the low star rating. However, the chairs we ordered are nice (we got to see them at their store). Better customer service would have been nice - they're taking orders without any accountability of delivery.

I purchased 4 chairs and unfortunately there was a an error with one of them. These things happen and its not the end of the world. How you fix it is the true value of customer service!! I have to underline the EXCELLENT, amazing and efficient customer service of the sales team of Structube @ Iris - especially Sebastien who went out of his way to find a solution very rapidly. Got my new chair very quickly . All is well that ends well. Cheers to Structube @ Iris !!

I've been in on a few separate occasions and have never been acknowledged by a staff member. There was a mirror I wanted to buy and online it said it was in stock at this location. When I got there, there were two on display in the showroom. When I asked to buy one I was told there was none in stock and it would need to be ordered to the store and should arrive in 2 weeks. I asked if I could just buy one of the two that were on display and was told they were display only. This is way too much hassle for such a simple item so I ended up crossing the parking lot and buying one at Ikea. I agree with other reviews about the staff needing customer service training, it is very awkward to feel like you are interrupting a private conversation (between staff) if you need to ask a question.

Today was my first experience shopping at Structube in Kanata and it was most satisfying. Branden was our sales representative and he went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a positive one. He was friendly, knowledgeable about his products, and very accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be recommending Structube to family and friends.
