BUYER BEWARE I repeat BUYER BEWARE. Before spending any of your hard earned money with this company you better know everything about their return policies and then some! Our experience with this company has been down right terrible. During the delivery of our washer and dryer the truck driver smashed into our neighbors new truck and tried to make a side deal with our neighbor to avoid anyone finding out (except for the few of us that witnessed what had happened) about what had occurred. The driver then started yelling and berating his helper for his incompetence when it was clearly the driver that was at fault. At this point, my wife and I had enough of the drama ( as well as all our neighbors) and asked them to finish their task promptly and please leave. Once the delivery people left, we right away tried out our new washer and dryer. Immediately there was problems with both items. We contacted Corbeil and spoke with management about what had transpired up to this point only to be spoken to in an aloof manner. We were directed to call whirlpool and explain our issues. Two service calls later and a failed attempt to correct the issue/issues we are getting a replacement, but not through Corbeil. Why you might ask?, because Corbeil wants us now to pay a 20 percent restocking charge on a defective product. Do not get fooled by this company. All they want is your money and the minute something goes wrong, they only pass the buck, and blame everyone else. Trying to keep this review short and to the point, I will not mention the lies and misinformation I was told to avoid a long drawn out story. I did mention to supervisor Kelly at Maytag my experience with Corbeil in more detail, and she was quick to solve my problem and remedy the situation. Oh yes I almost forgot, Kelly was the only person to apologize and feel empathetic in this whole matter. Sorry goes a long way, Thank you Kelly.

Jonathan was a great salesperson to work with. Not pushy, open to providing options and very attentive. He was responsive to multiple requests for updates on timing for my appliances and was able to make that I received all my appliances before my Reno work was complete.

Wife and I recently replaced our front load washing machine that had died. After some research we decided to go back to the "tried and true" top loader. Purchased a Huebsch top loading machine and had it delivered within a few days. Salespeople were knowlegeable and pleasant to deal with. The delivery guys were very careful when moving the appliance into our home. Nothing but good things to say about Corbeil from our experience.

Unfortunately super unimpressed with customer service. Buyer beware. I recently purchased a fridge, and also had to pay 50$ to have the new one delivered and the old one taken away. The delivery person was extremely unprofessional (asking me for money as it β€œwasn’t his job” to take away my old fridge - despite the invoice clearly stating the opposite. He spend more time arguing with me at which point I told him to leave and I would deal with Corbeil when the store opened. He left, and came back and said β€œfine, consider it a christmas gift to your son. I will take your old fridge away”. Any comments made about my children (more was said!) are extremely uncalled for. Due to Covid, delivery persons are not able to remove shoes so the company should really offer disposable shoe coverings and/or plastic floor covering in the winter as not to destroy anyone’s floor! I contacted Corbeil and spoke with the manager directly who forwarded my experience to a customer service department and empathized with me however, I heard nothing back. It took me emailing more than a week later to get another excuse, and finally an offer of 50$ gift card. Feeling rather insulted as my partner did tip this individual 25$ so really only receiving 25$ back when you spend well over 2000$ is insulting and this is how they want to treat brand new clients? I will take my business elsewhere and caution those spending a lot on appliances to do the same.

I just purchased a Fridge from a big box store- it did not work. I called that big box store and the Manufacturer and no1 would help me. I finally decided to just buy a new fridge as I had no choice. I called Corbeil to ask about their Fridges. When the salesman (Paul Keenan) heard my story he immediately stated that he would call this big box store and help me and that this should be under warranty. He called them..they then called me back and offered to replace my fridge immediately. Thanks to Corbeil. !!!

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. We found him personable, not pushy and very honest. It was a very pleasant buying experience! We won't be taking delivery for several months but since we have used Corbeil in the past, we know that this should also go smoothly.

Purchased my Fisher and Payckel fridge from Corbeil I am very happy with their service. Johnathan was my sales person and I couldn’t have asked for a thorough and honest sales person to work with. He is personable but not very pushy. Helped me understand various aspects of warranty and manufacturing. Thank you very much Johnathan and team! I recommend him to anyone I know for appliance needs.

Great customer service from the start. Thank you to the team there - everyone quite friendly considering the constraints they're working under. Sheldon was our sales rep and provided excellent details on our washer and dryer. Went over specifics of maintenance and particulars of using for our type of family life. He took the time to go over the warranty info - to each their own but here they have a great plan the coordinates with the manufacturer. Delivery is arranged as well - very simple. $50 covers the shipping whether it takes 1 or 2 trips since things are not all in stock (this is reality, not an inconvenience). Old appliances will be take back too Overall - amazing experience and will be back when the old fridge kicks it
