★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a fridge last year and left a significant deposit. The fridge delivery kept getting delayed until we just couldn't wait any longer: yes, its not their fault. We called to cancel, and they cancelled with a complete refund, with no issues whatsoever. That was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a new range, hood fan and microwave from Universal. They are local, and for me that is important. My whole experience was great. I never stepped foot in the store. When I called the store to speak with sales, Mark picked up the phone. I explained what I wanted, and that I was too busy to come in. Mark walked me through websites of various brands, discussing models for all the appliances I wanted. He was able to speak to all kinds of pros, cons, specs and other considerations. There were no surprises at billing or delivery. Honest, professional, fast, local.
