Delivery and set-up were very professional. We found ourselves in need of a new washer/dryer set for our condo and once again Marc was very helpful. Would highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source -- and Marc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery service is exceptional. Arrived earlier in the time window than expected. The servicemen were efficient, polite and professional and took great care not to damage anything as I have a. Rather treacherous entryway when moving large appliances/furniture. Will use them in the future and will highly recommend! Terrific first experience!

We arrived to the store (Trainyards in Ottawa) knowing some of the products we wanted to purchase, and others that we needed advice on. We approached the sales associate, Jeff, who kindly agreed to help us. We showed him the links to the appliances we wanted - he gave us some feedback about those specific appliances, but didn't try to upsell nor pressure us (especially given we arrived less than an hour before the store closed). For the appliances we weren't sure about, he gave us many options, information, recommendations and remained a reasonable price range. We were very satisfied with his help and he made the experience pleasant (unlike our experience elsewhere). Thanks again Jeff, can't wait to get our appliances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service and knowledge of the products were great. The time it took to get our new appliances has been awhile, but it's the same for every company right now. Overall it's been a good experience and I don't have any complaints. I highly recommend talking to Alex at the Train yards location. He's very helpful and knows his stuff.

We chose the Canadian Appliance Source (East end of Ottawa) because of the excellent reviews we read. From time we entered the store until the time we left our experience nothing but pleasant and exciting. There was a very wide variety of great appliance companies to choose from. Jeff our sales person was very informative and extremely helpful as we chose the package that best suited our needs. He was very easy to talk with and listened tentatively to our needs providing excellent insight allowing us to choose the best products for our kitchen at a very reasonable price.

Delivery and installation was reasonably priced. Delivery was on time. The delivery team was cooperative and professional. They made sure there was no damage to appliances and property.

Having gone to some of the major box stores in the area we decided to visit Canadian Appliance Source. We worked with Alex who provided us great customer service. He understood our requirements and equipped us with information to make an informed decision. Already competitive pricing was topped up with subtle discounts without having to negotiate. Delivery won't take place until March (our choice) but we walked away confident in our purchase. We are thankful for the positive shopping experience and would recommend Alex for your appliance needs.
