I end up not buying. I was checking 3 shoes and willing to buy them but with a bad customer service not worth it.

S	Shane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPS. I bought a defective pair of shoes that after 4 hours was so bad I couldn't even walk. The STORE MANAGER Elliot hung up on me. YES HUNG UP ON ME Absolute joke of customer service. To top it all off he was super rude. He refused to do an exchange. He said its not their problem and I have to call adidas.... this is THREE DAYS after I bought them and I still have the receipt. I have never been treated this poorly by any "manager" ever. I have had defective shoes before and was always treated fairly by the other stores. This is my first and LAST purchase from champs in my life and I will be sure to tell every single person I can not to buy from these scammers.

I'd like to give Brian a shout out, gave me excellent service and made my shopping experience very smooth with ease. Definitely will be back 10/10 ?

Brian was incredible, I've never dealt with anyone who has such vast knowledge of their products. This man should be a Regional Manager. Bravo Sir. You are absolutely stellar at your position. You should be proud!

My son trying shoes and asked his size. At first, he said they don’t have that size and it was the fact that I have it in my hand so I told him “yes this size”.And he looked at me very rude and said “then try that”! (display shoes). ? I said my son wants both shoes to try on. He went inside and gave us the pair of the display shoe. Unbelievable!!! He even told my niece that he doesn’t like to go back and forth inside as my niece asked twice for different size. We would’ve bought 2 pairs of Nike Air but ended up not buying anything from there. We went to rideau center and bought the 2 pairs. With that staff being there, not recommended at all!!!!
