Lunen Haus

Beautiful building, well built, with great amenities. The building staff are absolutely first rate, from the property manager, to the rental advisors, and the building maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly, fast and efficient. Heated parking garage, bicycle storage, large gym with new equipment, heated paths, heated sidewalks, heated entry lanes and heated exterior parking areas. A central location lends itself to shopping, good food, and necessities all within walking distance. Public transportation is nearby, as are beautiful parks, and the RA Center. These apartments are equipped with beautiful appliances, including washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and oven. They are finished in a beautiful modern style. Lunen Haus is truly a wonderful place to call home.

I had very high hopes for this building but my experience so far has been short of that. I initially went for a viewing of this apartment and the size was quite small in proportion to the amount they were charging. After a few months I got a call back letting me know they had some units available and if I was interested. I ended up submitting an application which was eventually declined and the staff members I spoke would not provide the reason for the application being declined. I would expect that as a common courtesy this would be shared with me but that wasn’t the case.

So far we've met both Maria and Camille, and I think its safe to say that the staff as a whole is wonderfully friendly and down-to-earth. We had a lovely chat with Maria and Camille while signing our lease, and we can't express the extent of our excitement to move in! This is a wonderful building, with wonderful staff, and I'm looking forward to our future here!

Been living in the South tower since November and couldn't be happier! It is an awesome location with awesome employees! They are always friendly and helpful and fast to respond to inquiries. If you are looking for a beautiful new place to call home look no further! If you love pets you are in luck also because there are lots that call these buildings home.

My wife and I loved our experience living at Lunen Haus. We will miss it! Thank you to the amazing team of staff that do such great work here every day.

We moved in just as the South Tower was finished last October, and we love it here! Our apartment is East facing so we get beautiful morning light up until noon, and then we get a nice shade for the rest of the evening. We are facing Bank Street, but it's not too noisy, especially with the windows closed. The soundproofing of the place is wonderful! We have never once heard a single noise from our neighbors and if you are bothered by open windows, the built in AC will take care of you! The Wifi will be all set up for you as well and included in the rent which is such a nice surprise! We never had any issues with it either. The office team is so lovely and helpful, and if you need anything serviced they will be on it ASAP! Super friendly staff, can't commend them enough!:) All in all, we have been through a lot of apartments and rentals finding the perfect place, and for the value this is probably one of the best in the city. It's newly built, at a great location full of stores and restaurants, good access to public transport, and Lunen has an underground garage for a reasonable fee. We love living here!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Lunen Haus. Their staff are amazing, kind, and very supportive. We have just signed a lease, and the overall process was wonderful. The apartment buildings are so clean and spacious. The suites are absolutely beautiful. They offer Wifi with the rent which is a nice bonus! As well as in unit washer and dryer! We love the open concept kitchen and living area, as well as the large windows in each unit. The location is also perfect as there are stores, restaurants, parks, and transit all around. All in all, they're beautiful newly built buildings and the staff are just lovely! We can't wait to move in!

Power Review: Pros: +Modern and spacious units +Friendly/Responsive Staff +Great amenities +Heated Indoor Parking +Accept various methods of payments +High quality appliances +Free WiFi Cons: -Poorly designed indoor parking (very cramped) -Limited parking spots and no free visitor parking -Storage units are relatively small Neutral: This is a pet friendly building which is great but some tenants here tend to have extremely large dogs that shed a ton and tend to create odors and sometimes stains requiring additional clean up. Long Review: We moved here during July 2021. Since then we have had a great experience. The building is brand new so it has a nice shine, so far it is well maintained as well. Interior is regularly cleaned and the building premise is organized. The staff is generally responsive and tends to cater to any service request within 48 hours. The units themselves are very spacious and have all the modern aspects you want in a new apartment. You also have a gym in each tower additionally a chilling lounge and game room too. No pool sadly. Unfortunately some things that do hold this building back include the poorly planned parking basement layout. Parking spaces are extremely narrow when compared to most other basements, furthermore they clearly did not build enough parking based on the units which again is poor planning. Aside from that I genuinely think this is a great place to live and its also a very lively location. Overall I can whole heartedly endorse this building, it gives you great value for what the ask in rent.
