m	malibu girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit was never inspected befor put on the market was rented with pest issues lease 1/2 over still having issues management definitely didn't follow the law or CRB protocol for safe habitat living conditions.
M	Mikayla Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Richlin was the first place I moved into after moving out, and I can not commend them enough for their professionalism, willingness to help, and how fantastic the staff are. During move-in they were easy to contact when discussing logistics and were very patient in informing me what my rights are as a tenant. Whenever something went wrong the maintenance team was incredibly fast to respond and it was rare I ever had to wait more than one business day between initial contact and final resolution. I have never had a single bad encounter with any staff member, and the staff at the Richlin really seem to enjoy their jobs and what they do, which makes them that much easier to approach. Even during this year with covid I recieved a few check-ins asking if myself and my family are well and healthy, and provided me resources should these hard times make it difficult to pay my bills. I hear horror stories about other property management companies all the time from friends and family, and I truly count myself lucky that Osgoode Properties has had my back for the three years I have been residing here. I know they will continue to provide well-kept amenities, services, and resources for as long as I live at the Richlin.

The staff are like family, so friendly and hard working. I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon! Highly recommend to all.

All the staffs are very helpful and reliable. I deeply appreciate the support of the property manager, Katherine, right from my day one with Richlin. She always addressed all my queries sincerely with a big smile. I felt that they are a good team providing what the residents really expect from them. They also have a well-maintained indoor pool and gym. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Keep up the good work, guys!

A friend of mine who lived here previously recommended it to me. The entire building is very clean and well maintained. All of the staff members have been extremely friendly, both the office and maintenance staff are super helpful and kind. Any issues or questions we have had were answered almost immediately, and the one time we made a (minor) maintenance request, it was fixed the same day. The cost of rent is definitely fair when compared to nearby buildings. Our place is also much more spacious than others that we viewed prior to moving in. The building also has a spacious laundry room, a gym, and a pool. Our favorite thing about this building though is that it is extremely quiet. In the 4 months that we have lived here, we have not once heard a single noise from our neighbors. Overall, we highly recommend Richlin Apartments!
D	Di Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 3.5 stars if I can. This is generally a good apartment to live for long time. I’ve been living there for 3.5 years. It’s safe, quite, friendly and close to all shops and clinics. They have great superintendents, who are always on call. The only thing I don’t like is the management from their leasing office. They always change people and the transition and information transfer was never good. Everyone of us, upon our moving in, paid deposit for the gym and the keys but upon moving out, they don’t really refund you back without you asking many times. I called four times but still didn’t get it yet. The manager said she had no right, had to file the request to accounting but she didn’t. The next manager has to fix the mistake from the previous one. It’s just they don’t have a well established policy to give tenants back their money. Apart from this downside, I would recommend this apartment for whoever is looking for a nice home :)

One superintendent in particular whose name is Jun is very outstanding. A really cool guy I enjoy talking to around the building and when he comes to fix things in the apartment. He just finished my bathroom and did an amazing job with it. Very happy with the work he's done every time.
