The worst service ever. Before even moving in I can tell this place is going to be a constant headache. You know with most apartment buildings it takes 1-2 business days to get a leasing contract signed. With this place, it seems as though the employees clearly don’t want to do their job. You know for a place with such terrible google reviews, you’d expect them to treat new interested residents better but that’s not the case. I’m completely disappointed and they never pick up the phone and they take so many days to respond to emails. I really hope someone takes serious action because I have never seen such mediocrity in my entire life!

It's been 3 weeks without a drier - several emails sent, Tennant portal hasn't worked the whole time, every number we call is a no answer. Changing their name didn't change their stripes - focused only on demoviction and not repairs/maintenance Update: The response says it all - hey muppets, thats the email you guys have 3 unreplied emails at already, maybe respond to that instead of copy/pasting replies to reviews. and now its 4 weeks unresolved

Don't bother trying to view units to rent here, they will waste your time and money and do not care a single bit. Absolute worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life. I had an appointment with Paolo Tan on April 5th, 2022 to view Bachelor and maybe One bedroom units at 2870 Cedarwood Dr, and I drove all the way from Kanata area, 30 minute drive, and was told Paolo Tan wasn't there today and should have cancelled all their appointments. I was never contacted at all that my appointment was cancelled, so I wasted my time and money driving over there for nothing since no other consultant had time to show me any units. I asked to be transferred to a different consultant and have not heard anything back in 3 days. I texted Paolo Tan to let them know that I don't appreciate my time and gas being wasted, also no response. Disgusting.

Tried to call the rental office. Went straight to the answering machine. I finally decided to leave a message after many tries. In the message I told them that I was simply trying to ask a few questions on behalf of my friend who I was gonna help finish filing an application for one of the units. The agent sent an email saying "I don't have time to talk to a third party." Haven't seen an agent this rude and this irresponsible in Ottawa. Not answering the phone and not having the time to talk to "third parties". One might wonder what are her other responsibilities...

It's nice to see after so many years this slum lord is still a slum lord. At least you guys are staying consistent. And queue the copy and paste response thanking me for my review and asking me to send an email to an address so I can be ignored further.

STILL waiting for my dryer to be repaired/even looked at....I have sent multiple emails and repair orders. Now to add insult to injury the coil on my oven broke. Haven't received a single response or phone call. Glad I don't need to cook that much I guess. Couldn't even if I wanted to. Don't let the name change fool you guys they are still slimy like timbercreek. Their cookie cutter response on every negative post is useless. When you do send a response to it as my husband also posted a review they don't respond to the emails. Have rented from them for close to 10 years now and it seems the name change made them worse than what they were! Update: Emailed customer relations and have tried calling multiple times. Have received no response.

Would not recommend this building at All. First of all, to get in here they’ll make you go back and forth asking you more papers every two weeks! Once you get in, it’s really difficult to get anything from them! If something’s broken you’ll have to call several times to get it fixed. You call, send emails, live messages but no one never gets back to you. To have a parking with them, i had to go to their reception at least 10 times! When you call reception and finally gets to them they treat you as liar, talk over you when you try to explain your issue. Needed papers for my mew leasing but let me tell you! Lol i am still waiting.If you also like cockroaches you’ll be served. Honestly my worst housing experience.

Management team is horrible. Infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs, laundry room always dirty. Takes forever to get work orders completed. Certain building managers are rude to the tenants. Your company is horrible!!!!!! Nasty they won't address issues when it comes management and tenant interactions, they choose to sweep it under the rug. Horrible management skills NO professionalism AT ALL!! To add insult to misery, maybe a certain ABM should be suspended/ terminated for his interaction with a tenant who lives at 2850!!!
