M	Monica Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have lived in this 2995 of this building since June 2013. We have lived on 3 separate floors for various personal reasons, but overall have not regretted any of them. We have seen the company go through about 3-4 office managers, and all were competent. We have obviously liked some more than others, but none were bad at all. We like it as all utilities are included which is hard to find in the city and makes budgeting very easy. They respond to all concerns very swiftly and are on the ball when it comes to pest control. I personally have never seen anything in any of my apartments except tiny ants that I learned are attracted to sweet things. If that's the worst that I have to deal with than I'm more than okay with that as it's super easy to deal with. Overall, I would recommend building 2995 for anyone who needs to start somewhere easy before moving on to a home.
M	Massoumeh saberi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Oaks building is the most terrible building I have ever rented. They showed me another unit and gave me sth totally different. The fist day when we moved in the elevator was not locked even though I called them so many times to book it and I had to pay an hour and half extra to my movers. The place was full of roaches and ants and the washroom was dirty and disgusting, all rusted and left alone. I complained about my neighbor who had weed parties with more than 10 people , and the management told me that it was a smoking friendly building!!!!!! I found someone to take over my lease so that I can move out , they kept me in the dark and never got back to me about the approval for the new tenant. They are total rip offs, AVOID THIS BUILDING....
F	Francis Ortutu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I am thankful that the rent payment platform online was in place when we moved in and still is. I have heard from a family friend how he has to write up a cheque every month end and hand-deliver at his own apartment property office before his rent can be processed for the coming month. This is super convenient for me that works almost all week. Secondly, I had a few issues in my apartment that required immediate attention from the maintenance and their response have always been quite speedy (most times, within an hour) and the solutions effective. Thirdly, the elevator has always never gone a full day broken down. It was usually back working in some hours. Lastly, my family and I have never experienced the pest or cockroach infestation some previous tenants have hampered on when we were looking up some reviews on the property. I guess that has been put to bed. Good response, guys. I would rather stick with a business that seeks to improve itself continuously than one that has seemingly reached its peak of efficiency.
B	Bitanium ted on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 5 months since i moved to 2995 Albion road so far i have no issue with the apartment, and because of the pandemic i wasnt able to do in person review, so it was virtual tour honestly it's beyond my expectations,and i would like to thank Laura from z managment team for making it possible she is very friendly and helpful and i got all my respond on time. I used to get negative comments or i can say warnings regarding the area and bed bugs in the apartments but i found it very peaceful, clean and convenient for my needs.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst building in the world. Water shout down is every week almost and without notice. Imagine you are in the wash room and the water shouts down suddenly. NO maintenance service AT ALL. bad smell everywhere. Elevator is always on hold or broken. Cockroaches in your bed, kitchen, washroom. I wish I can 0 star for this garbage building.
C	Comfort Survival (CS) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely terrible building. Smell sipping through the vent every other day and there are cockroaches in every corner of the apartment. My entire place is infested and the cockroaches keep coming from the walls even though my apartment is generally clean. Management shuts down water every other week; it’s a chore to get a hold of anyone in emergency situations and the toilet keeps backing up atleast once or twice

The back door area is always full of garbage and smells so bad. the laundry room smells like dead animals and your laundry comes out smelling worse than before. the elevators rarely come and its infested with bugs. we had bed bugs and cockroaches, theyre all over the building. save your money and rent somewhere else

Nothing clean, the back door smells pretty bad,, baad service !!, there’s no space to walk! Even the elevator you wait for 30 minutes to get the elevator for you and your family. My advice is go find another building, at least you don’t feel bad when you pay.
