Cockroach infested. Also a decent majority of inhabitants rivals the bugs in terms of vexatiousness.

I like this place. Everything is nearby: hospital's, school's, universities. Downtown is not far as well.

Very decent place and quiet neighbourhood. It is close to schools, hospitals and shopping malls.

The quietest building in the nice neighborhood. Clean building. Great neighbors, a mix of owners and renters, young professionals and families.

This building is slum they have flooding issues that interfere with the stacks. The baseboards have mould. And they paint over it, they have bed bugs and cockroach infestations. Inside the ceiling vent is nasty brown growth of some kind. There’s known asbestos in several units and they try blame the tenants for all their maintenance issues. In unit 109 I experienced flooding bubbles out of the kitchen sink. The entire bathroom was re dry walled because of all the walls were rotten and caving in. A safety audit was done and a current LTB application is on this unit they have gone ahead and re rented this unit. I left my tenancy early I paid July and last month deposit they kept and used to do a contract company repair. Under all the paint and new cupboards is a horror scene of health hazards they will not be honest about. This building likes to Rob their tenants leave them feeling unsafe rather then full filling their jobs working with the tenants to assure their safety is a priority. I have posted a copy of the current file on unit 109 1440 mayview since they decided to re rent this unit out after telling the LTB the unit was fine. When it’s on record they had a contract company fix it. They also said I held the unit hostage before my paid time was up up. In order to be able to re rent said unit. This is an on going issues with them as I’ve never had mould, bugs,rotten walls only at this address my rent was 900$ because they had a hard time filling the unit to begin with. Not knowing how bad this building is I took a chance and lived there for 3.5 years.

lived here for about a year now and its better to live on the street or in a tent. The cockroach issue is completely out of hand and they dont take their people seriously. they say they have someone in the office but every time i go there or call no ones there and no one answers the phone. I would give it a -10 if i could. Completely ruined my first experience of getting my own apartmentt. Its inhumane to live there

I recommended that everyone should avoid this building for many reasons. First, there are many cockroaches; It is too cold to leave because the heat has been cooled down while weather remains chilly. The building has been very dirty and smelly, especially in the elevators since only cleaned twice or once a week. Although carpets on corridors were removed in Oct 2017, nothing new has been replaced, leading to bad smells when going home.
