D	DJ Lingo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, disgusting and lazy people in this community, everyone that lives in Caldwell is nasty and evil spirited, the OCH office is full incompetent and lazy staff that ignore issues and problems and believe me there's always issues and problems. People that post positive reviews on this place must be on crack because there a lot of those kind of people there too.

Served there for three years. I was amazed how shi* has the tendency to float to the top in this organization!

Always a very nice feeling when you go there and talk to people and even when you walk away. Even though it works against your dignity to go there. Thank you to the staff and the volunteers there
S	Sheila Mcbain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been harassed by a neighbour for 1 1/2 years. I have called and emailed the tenant support worker almost weekly and nothing has been done. I am so stressed out. This neighbour does physical things like gluing my locks 3 times, putting dog feces on my doorstep, stealing things from my patio and breaking things on my patio. These are just a few things she has done. She is fixated on me. There are 4 complaints of harrassment against her. Now i am going to have to see a lawyer to stop her. I am at the end of my rope! V	Vdm Ptkv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this message to share my mom's experience re her building called "GOLDEN MANOR": it would be re maintenance. Previously, she did not have the huge issues in her appartment. But, since spring 2018, the roof has not been done. Old people on the last ( the 18th floor) are suffering from horrible leakages, and nobody could help them. I do understand, it won't be a property manager, who will repair the roof, but WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROTECT these OLD PEOPLE with a lot of health issues, living on the last floor of that building?! Winter is coming and nobody doing anything!!!

This without a reason just a notice in the mail. Great way to treat people, honestly not helpful for single mother working part time. Will be sharing this elsewhere and making it very public knowledge. Respect your tennants!!
T	Teagan Rain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesday the elevator in my building was down. Last night at 5pm the elevator in my building was down and it’s still down at almost noon the next day. I live in a seniors disabled building. This is unacceptable. I am on the top floor and get my dogs outside. Where are my dogs suppose to go to the bathroom? Been on hold for 4 hours this morning with housing.
