★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away at all costs. Inept, incompetent...as soon as you complain or plan on leaving, they do not respond to calls and start overcharging. Inept customer service at the management level. Actually got a phone call to berate me for asking for a response to emails. Stay away, go ANYWHERE else.
Quickly moved to RBC and sure enough they didn't take $1 off a RRIF withdrawal, now a little old lady is stuck with a $5000 tax bill.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned...calling the posted branch number to ask a general question takes you to Scotiabank's corporate call centre; easily a 10 minute wait, followed by a qualifying questions before you can get an answer. Horrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer at this branch for a while and I am never disappointed with their service. I am especially impressed with Rakesh. He is very caring, friendly, and knowledgable. Always super helpful and gives his best advise. Truly deserving of his title. Also a big big thank you to Elham. She is amazing; always smiling and giving the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend! Also grateful for Eli Shayban for his genuine support; I have had the best experience interacting with him!! Overall great quality of people and the entire branch :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give 0 star! First of all, the phone service give me the wrong address for an appointment! disappointed! And the customer service at the tailer is even worse! Don't even what to serve, and provide different information. The branch manager is just behind the guys, she doesn't even bother to come out when see there is an issue! NOT recommanded!
