โ โ โ โ โ As far as an emerging Ottawa treat, Chatime bubble tea is quality with a large selection and a range of specialtea (lol) items that offer a diverse selection for newbies and teabies (lolx2). The staff put a noticeable amount of care in making every drink that it did take a little longer to receive my order, but didnโt feel like I was rushing baristaโs at Starbucks. Great tea and recommend the Thai tea, house special, or personal best, Jasmine with pearls.

โ โ โ โ โ *** just wanted to say literally the day after my review/ post our problem was resolved and I had the funds sent back in my bank account ** I feel terrible leaving a bad review or saying anything negative because I know that food service is an extremely hard and stressful job/ career no matter what location, restaurant or position. I'd understand if i was rude or ignorant towards staff and acted crazy right away or even days after not receiving my refund but it took really long time and then after the review i finally got it. We LOVE Chatime we still and always will continue to order from here , was first time anything negative ever happened. **** WAS MINE AND MY DAUGHTER'S FAVORITE PLACE UNTIL I HAD TO CANCEL AN ORDER THAN RE ORDER. BOTH ORDERS WERE OVER 30.00 I'VE WAITING OVER A WEEK NOW FOR MY REFUND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL BACK I'VE CALLED 4 TIMES NOW IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL

โ โ โ โ โ Huge franchise, canโt go wrong honestly, things are always the same so you know what youโre getting unless you get a โseasonalโ drink. They change their menu for their special drinks a lot. I find that the good drinks are the original signature ones. Some of the special ones are god awful sweet or just terrible tasting. Itโs interesting because they also remove a lot of the good special drinks theyโve created which is heartbreaking. But itโs a franchise, and their bubble tea is always good otherwise.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service. Good bubble tea. Under pressure they still deliver fast service. Not a long wait time. Huge lineup and still averaged 5 minutes per person. Efficient staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience, after ordering my drink I had to wait 20+ minutes, normally it would only take 5-10 minutes (even if it was crowded which was fine). The Asian lady was not even being apologetic to me after serving my drink so late, instead she just gave me that obnoxious look and turned away. In addition, after drinking my taro I couldn't taste its flavor, it was basically sugar water that I was drinking, it was never like that when they first opened at Nepean, their quality and service really went down never ordering Chatime again.

โ โ โ โ โ Not the best bubble tea franchise, but not the worst either. Lots of milk and fruit tea options and most drinks are customizable. I donโt like sugary tea so I got the hazelnut milk tea with 0% sugar. Surprisingly it was still SUPER sweet. My friend got regular sugar milk tea and mine tasted as sweet as his.
