I took my daughter here for the first time yesterday and we both had a ton of fun! She is 2 years old and there was plenty for her to do. I saw the staff cleaning multiple times while we were there, and the covid protocols felt safe. I got a yearly membership as it made way more sense financially. Excited for more visits over the next year!

My 2 year old has a blast here. The place is huge, and the play structures are imbued with many nooks and crannies. It's so fun when you stumble upon a little hideout. The bubblesea theme also makes the experience so magical; it really feels like you're under the sea. No shoes are allowed, only socks for everyone. Shoes are stored in plastic bins at the front. There are also benches around for parents and caregivers to sit. (With all the running and chasing your kids, it's a serious workout!) The only downside is that no drinks/food are allowed. You can, however, sit on the bench at the coat racks or on the bench by the shoe entrance to give your kid(s) some snacks. Not ideal, of course, because people come and go, so it's really uncomfortable. But, for a quickie, it works. Washrooms are also available, with a big changing room/diaper changing station for little ones. Overall, great vibes from staff and families. The last time we went, the mask mandate had already been lifted, so we witnessed about a 50/50 ratio when it came to people being masked and unmasked. Whatever feels comfortable for you. Just be sure to always supervise your kids to keep them and others safe. Also, be mindful of the signs indicating age limits and where not to climb. Highly recommended. Super, super fun! We love it.

My grandson loves it here. But when there are big kids, it's not too safe for the little kids and toddlers. Because the people who work there don't walk around and tell to the big boys not to do certain things. They expect parents supervise their kids. But parents don't care either. So if you are planning to bring the kids younger than age of 3, you either ready to climb up with them all the time, or go with someone who can. Otherwise your child or grandchildren may get hurt by the big boys at the top. When I went there for the second time with my grandson and my son (May 1st.) It was incredibly dusty and dirty to breathe in. I had a proper mask even though with a mask i had hard time. They should clean it properly. I lowered the stars to 2.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. My kiddo LOVES playing here but every single time we go, we end up sick a day or two after. I never see anyone cleaning the play structures and it grosses me out. If they would actively be wiping down surfaces with disinfectant I would feel a lot better about taking my kids here on a rainy day

We had our 5 year old’s birthday party here this weekend. And we were blown away by how awesome the facility was!! The decorations for our rooms were amazing, the pizza was great! The staff were SUPER attentive and accommodating. The facility was VERY clean. The kids had a BLAST. Highly recommend it for a birthday party

I have only ever had such a positive experience at this kids play place. My daughter loves playing here, it is a perfect spot for all ages and especially young children as it's not overwhelming. When communicating with staff/management for various reasons via email, I received the best customer service I have ever received in my whole life, truly not even exaggerating. I highly recommend this business. They also suffered greatly throughout the pandemic, as many have, support your local kids play place!

A simple, clean three-story indoor maze for kids two to twelve. Slides, tunnels, swings, a carousel, a small kids’ trampoline and a few party rooms. Looks a little shady from the outside, but it is an easy Saturday morning on the inside. There is no loud music!

Got to try out Bubblesea Adventure for a family members birthday party. Everything was clean, and staff stayed on top of their scheduled cleaning protocols. The play park was big enough for adults to join, a small area for infants and there were lots of obstacles for kids of all ages.
