Does not push but guides you incredibly well .Great sense of colours and what compliments your home. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this incredible person. He knows and understands your needs. Communication from looking to installing was superb, (and I am fussy about that) I can not fault Will. A very personable man I do not always shop at Alexanian but now, with Will there, I certainly will. Thank you Will for everything and making me feel very proud of "OUR" choice of flooring.

The excellent customer service we received from Will far exceeded expectation. Will provided great product recommendations that would be easy to maintain and clean while looking stylish for our newly renovated home as well as assisting in the colour/shade selection. Will Jabbour was BY FAR the most impressive designer we met with. He made superb recommendations (and never pushed us towards the most expensive options!). His attention to detail, follow-up, and passion for customer satisfaction is incredible. We love our blinds! My parents just ordered new blinds for their home through Will....and I have recommended him to many friends. I would also like to give a shout out to the installer, William, who was extremely professional, and careful and exact with his mounting of the blinds. A top notch experience from start to finish!

R	R F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I chose Alexanian Merivale to help me with a vision I had where I removed all my taupe berber carpeting and replaced it with pet friendly carpet on the stairs going up and non slip luxury laminate going down, also had the light grey luxury laminate you see here installed throughout the whole upstairs in place of carpet. All I can say is after 4 failed attempts hiring independent floor guys this company delivered on every level. Starting with Will who I immediately had confidence in to the manager who led me to him. The job was executed by Wally one of the best floor installers I have ever met! Job was done in 4 days to perfection. The carpet installers did a perfect job on the stairs an even better job that was done prior by the builders. All phone calls were returned and I did not feel like there was a question they did not take the time to answer as I had allot of them. Certainly taking the time with me they did in selection and decision making was so helpful as it was one of the biggest reno projects I had taken on in recent years. My house has a brighter cleaner look and more reflects my style. I would say definitely make a consult appointment with Will and see what I mean by professional!

Based on a simple mat purchase a couple of years ago, during which we enjoyed excellent service, we returned to Alexanian Merivale to look at flooring choices. We cannot speak highly enough about the attentive service, guidance, suggestions we received, as the flooring choices these days is overwhelming! The only small surprise was that the floor tile had less brown in it than the sample, but the overall look turned out amazing, regardless. Thanks to Will and his co-workers. We really appreciate your excellent service and quality products that you sell.
