Very knowledgeable person giving us variable options on different types of tiles and flooring. Samir was also easy to work with, he gave us an top notch service as well as unbeatable price. He went above and beyond in trying to help us find the perfect colour match and giving us extensive amount of information on the product details. Brandon was reliable, extremely professional and ensured that we were happy with our purchase. It was honestly the best customer service we have ever received! He was extremely thorough and ensured that all details were explained before placing the order. We highly recommend Ottawa Flooring Liquidators to anyone looking for new hardwood floors. We are very grateful for all the work that Brandon did for us in ensuring we would get the best possible floors!
L	Lucy Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start. I'll start with the good. We were shopping around for good quality floor for our entire house. We dropped 13 thousand dollars on quality flooring, and figured that they would be the best at installing it. We gave them 3 MONTHS notice for our required install date (our kitchen install depended on it). The charm of the salesman ended here. They unapologetically cancelled my install 5 days before they were supposed to come, citing that the owner had hired his cousin's installation company to project manage and install all flooring for them. Projects had been mismanaged and their only installer go. I was left with nobody and scrambled to find an installer. My people made a couple of mistakes, and I reached out to them to see if they could come fix and finish the job. Their new installer is super charming and full of promises like the salesman, but nothing to back it up. He lifted a section of flooring then left, saying he couldn't do it without ripping it all out and starting over (8k of work). No way. Salesman doesn't even have the curtessy to return a message. Conclusion: Sure. Get your flooring here and they'll gladly take your payment. Then find YOUR OWN reputable installer with great references and TONS of experience to do the work. Don't trust them with anything involving install.

I purchased just under $6000 worth of engineering hardwood and upon further inspection, I found four boxes worth of inferior wood planks that were either several shades too dark or had a blue streaks embedded into the stain. While they assured me they would take care of everything, I was notified that the colour variation was within a reasonable threshold and they would only replace one box for me. No manager tried to call me to discuss the issue further and they considered the matter closed. I took the initiative to contact the manufacturer and I included a few pictures for context. They reached out to me within a day and after speaking with a regional Director, they offered to make things right at no charge and agreed that the colour variation was significant and apologized for the inconvenience. 12 Oak Floors did right by me and I highly recommend their products. I won't do business with Flooring Liquidators again however.

It was honesty upfront. The flooring was installed by OFL over two days. We are happy with our choice, OFL, and their installers. I have included a few photos of the finished product. We highly recommend Flooring Liquidators Ottawa !

The delivery was quick. The vinyl flooring I picked looks great; I have received many compliments on it. I would choose them again 100%.
