★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like being in a kindergarten class with teens hoped up on sugar. Parents of said teens, did nothing, balls were being thrown past our heads and we ourselves had to speak up to these kids while being stared down by their parents for saying something. Take your teens home while other small kids can play safely. Try getting some staff that will speak up and keep this from happening in the first place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place! We went and it wasn't too busy. There is lots for the kids to do. We almost had to drag them out of there. Ball pits, slides, trampolines, bumper cars will be open around Christmas. There's some nice spots for mom and dad to relax. I just wish I could bring my own coffee in. So that means no outside food. But we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter who is 11 months old and the toddler room was dirty and nothing exciting about it. We played in the big kid side and you could see dirt build up and little foam balls from the sentry area everywhere. We didn't stay long, because it felt gross crawling around. Also since my daughter is crawling she was stopping to pick up whatever she found and try to eat it. I seen another parent comment about the same problem and I honestly didn't feel like they clean at all. The washroom is very tiny and squishy when you have a carseat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice indoor playground with a soft play area, trampoline and go cart. The kids enjoyed it here, particularly the soft play area. They need to work on cleaning at intervals especially the entrance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg what a gross place! Everything is filthy and unorganized. Staff are unorganized and extremely unprofessional looking. They don't know what they are doing. Unsafe practices around the bumper cars. Trying to move empty cars out of the way while kids are driving the other ones. Parents going in to make sure the seat belts are on correctly. For liability reasons it should be the staff making sure everything is correct and safe!
I still can't get over how filthy the place is. Floors, walls and every single toy and play area! Kids hands and feet were black!
The chairs in the party room are filthy stained cloth covered chairs! Why not use plastic chairs that you can spray down/disinfect clean....oh wait I know....because you guys don't clean anything!
Not a place to sit and relax while your kids play, as they can get out everywhere!
Now I understand why everyone I know that has been to this place once to check it out has said to me that once was enough!
We will never be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time today, and there is plenty of fun things for the kids to do and they had a blast However I was cringing because the place is extremely dirty with dirt and grime on every single toy / structure. The balls feel greasy, some are covered in hair and the floor underneath is got tons of build up and crumbs; and the slides, blow ups and other play toys are all black with dirty and clearly it has been building up for a long time and nothing is cleaned or wiped on a regular basis. Definitely hope we didn’t come home sick but I will not be surprised at all if we are considering the conditions. The place has a lot of potential with proper cleaning protocols but I definitely will not be bringing my family back and will opt for other play places in the city that have better cleaning standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a birthday party on the weekend for children aged 4-10 and everyone had an amazing time! We booked a party room and spent 2 hours there. The price was very reasonable, the play are was not overly crowded, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The area was clean and easy to maneuver through, even as an adult. There is something for everyone, including trampolines with basketball, climbing structures, toddler area, slides and even bumper cars (added price). I would highly recommend DJ's for parties or just an afternoon of fun. We will definitely be making DJ's our "go-to" indoor play center!
