Today I had worst ever experience at Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership. Two weeks ago, well in advance, I booked time slot for 5 minutes service (programming TPMS sensors). When I arrived, two service reps exchanged words, saying that there is nobody to do that job. Then they make up fake story, threw to me keys and refused to service my vehicle. Yes, they refused to service my vehicle despite booked well in advance time slot. This is level of service you can expect at Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership. So I want people reading this review understand the following: - Your booked time slot means nothing in Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership. - Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership doesn't respect your time and don't value customers.. - Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership lacks professionalism and completely disregards customer needs. - I recommend to avoid this unreliable business at all cost. I gave one star because there is no zero stars. This establishment doesn't deserve even one tenth of star. Update: Unfortunately Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership lies in his response. I came exactly at 4:30 PM as my appointment was scheduled. I came for simple procedure which any technician is able to complete within 5 minutes. And you refused to perform this simple task, because your service reps DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!! You lied again claiming that I came to perform recall! No, I came for simple 5 minutes procedure you refused to perform. I hope the people who reading this review will not come to your establishment where staff don't care about customers.

Everyone at Donnelly was so supportive in helping me get my first car, and help me get it replaced after I got in an accident. Decio especially was really helpful and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Thanks Donnelly! I love my new mirage!!

Amazing services, I went to look for a car on Tuesday with the seller Chris Grigg, decided to move forward with it and him and Abdul from financing were simply excellent. They took carr of everything so the car would be ready in 2 days for me, and they always kept me posted on everything that was going on. I’ve bought cars from other dealerships but none of them got even close to Donnely, I would recommend it 100%! Thanks Chris and Abdul!!

Was looking for a new vehicle , with Covid issues, inventory is very lean everywhere. I showed up at Donnelly Mitsubishi, i was greated very quickly, friendly staff. They had exactly what i was looking for. Salesman introduced me to his manager, great guy, took time to talk with me. They have a great team, I even got to chat wuth one of their technician, Ted, he explained all the great experience he had with the products, and he's been in the car business fir years. Well i made the purchase, was a little demanding to the car as soon as possible, and my salesman Nick did what needed to ge t done . Abdu in financing made all the paper work , and approuval so easy and got to pick up the vehicle on the i wanted. I made some great friends at Donnelly's , Chris the salesmager is diwn to earth, made me feel like we were friends from way back . Great team , and I feel the comfortable at this dealer , would deffinetly refer my loyal friends to stop by.

The Sales component of my experience was very good and my daughter loves the little mirage. However once the transaction was done, a couple of issues that i had to deal with in person because sales were not responding to my requests. For example, i was charged for wheel locks for aluminum factory Rims and the car had metal basic rims. i noticed the error sent multiple emails to sales.. no response. After doing a in person visit, they said "oh oops" then said they would send me a check. 3 months later no check and had to visit them again. ex.#2 Special Molded car mats were added to the deal ... same situation.. back ordered.. nobody responded.. i made a trip in person twice then was promised a refund by check.... 2 months.. no check... planning yet again as of 30/MAR/2022 to go in person. My advise , make sure you look at your final invoice and make sure you ask questions ... and make sure you got what you paid for. My advise to the sales group... People remember the after sale more then they do the initial sale. I feel that once you go the cash for the car ( i paid in full), SALES thought they were done and walked away. Update: The sale's manager reached out today and resolved the issues. Thank you.. i hope my feedback in regards to "after sales support" are noted.

We only have good things to say about Donnelly Mitsubishi! We are newcomers and were exceptionally well attended by everyone, especially by the financial manager Abdul. He was great with us, treated us with respect and kindness, and did everything in his power to help since we still don't have a great credit score to finance a new car. 5 stars for the service and customer care.

Very friendly and helpful Service department! --I was pleasantly surprise with how well my car drove following the change of winter tires to summer. They also reset my on board computer which was appreciated, that was a first for me. Special thank you to Blake who was kind enough to change himself my damage wipers. I love Donnelly Mitsibishi after sale service! They get you in at appointment time and Blake is so friendly and helpful, replaced my wiper even though he could have had a tech do it which would mean a bit longer wait. I am very happy to have my car left in expert hands. And no more lugging tires up and down my basement, they store them for a nominal fee! Great service guys. Thank you.
