★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a great, trust worthy mechanic. He won't sell you services you don't need. The receptionist is a very nice women who will always answer your questions. I've take a few of my cars here and they are always fixed right the first time so I keep coming back when I need service. The building might not look like a fancy place but the building isn't fixing your car lol. Highly recommend taking your car here..thanks guys for your great work and friendly staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality Automotive did a full brake job on my Audi. The work was done on time and at a good price. The technician kept me up to date on what work needed to be done, never tried to upsell and were courteous and helpful the whole time.
This is a great small car shop in Ottawa that can handle most repairs. If your car is off warranty or you don’t like the prices and the long waiting times at the dealership, go see the folks here.

Fixed all of my problems in a matter of 15 mins. Immediately made this place my go to place for any repairs. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. It's hard to find such a trustworthy mechanic shop!
