★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have used their services. First time was for myself and this time I brought some Scouts from my Troop. Stan has done a great job both times and can keep the youth focused and entertained. Really great to see the latest equipment and techniques each time getting updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elaine was an excellent ACLS instructor. She is an internationally-trained, board-certified pediatrician with years of experience, a lot in missions fields in under-resourced settings. There were numerous anesthesiologists and veteran ER doctors in the class, while I am a fairly new RN taking ACLS for the first time. She was very time efficient so as to not waste any of the doctors' time, but then spent more one-on-one time with me. I passed with flying colours and she still did not go easy on me during the mega code so as to ensure that I would have confidence to perform in the real world. I would highly recommend Elaine as an instructor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the EMR upgrade with a small but solid group of students and a very able instructor. All went smoothly. As usual (for me) I learned a lot because of the clear delivery of the material by this instructor. I will be going back for a refresher within the next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITLS and PALS done with them over the last 4 years and I’ve always felt they want me to be successful. The team is experienced and supportive. The new facility on Moodie is very well equipped with a beautiful space! I plan to continue my ACLS, PALS, and ITLS with them. I have gone to 2 other businesses in town in the past and much prefer First Aid Plus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have certified and recertified standard first aid with this company at least 3 times and everytime it has been very informative and thorough. Every question is answered knowledgeably and we all leave with an incredibly valuable skill. I can't recommend them enough for Red Cross Standard First Aid training!
