★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible! Dust under cupboards, floors streaky, glass streaky, one bathroom not done. They said there time was up! we had a viewing for our house and the photographer was coming, the realtor said she never saw such a unfinished house when being cleaned! We had to follow up with Manager and there was no empathy at all! If you want a professional job look elsewhere. They also take your credit card number before the clean. ( I think this may have happened many times) Very upsetting and now house is delayed on showing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using Merry Maids for over a year now. As a busy mom of young kids, it’s a huge relief knowing my home gets the TLC I don’t seem to have the time or energy for these days. I love when Terry comes to my home. He’s always super polite and friendly and even my 18 month old loves him and lights up when he comes. They’re always super friendly and don’t seem bothered when sometimes I feel we’re in the way. I’m not sure what the products used are but I LOVE the smell of my home after it’s cleaned. It’s not chemically or overwhelming but a nice clean smell. They do magic on my hardwood floors.

I also used the same different city for the move out clean and my results were the same. Quick , clean beyond my expectations, polite, top notch service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My call to Merry Maids was initiated due to the fact that we required the services of a move out clean. I provided my credit card to reserve the appointment and left my key outside the house for the ladies to collect to render the requested services. After the service was complete, I did an inspection of the house and it was completely and utterly disappointing. The bottom portion of the fridge was not wiped out, the window sills and baseboards were not wiped, the floors were dirty and the liners inside the cupboards were crumpled up and thrown into the trash can. I called Kelly and explained by cause for concern and she said she would return to the house to rectify the issues. After her visit, I reinspected the house and there was still spots of dirt on the floor (which indicated that mopping was not done). In addition I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me, and she notified me that she would do so that afternoon. I didn't get a receipt until the next evening. I certainly won't have the company return and render any cleaning services again. For the cost of $350 + tax, the service is certainly not worth a penny. Photos of the services that were completed are available upon request.

UPDATE!! 4 years later and you need to know that I'm still happily a client of this great location!! That type of consistency is hard to find these days! Truly if you need your place cleaned reliably, professionally but with an amazing personal touch, call Kelly - you will be glad you did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a regular biweekly cleaning but after two tomes of cleaning Kelly said they can’t clean my house with the rate they discussed at the beginning and would like to increase the rate. It was because the second time they cleaned my house I asked them to vacuum underneath the rugs, and remove the play mat to vacuum underneath. They even charged $50 extra for making one bed and changing the sheets. They left the house without cleaning the kitchen sink and when I called them about it they came back to clean the sink. Horrible money stealing cleaning company.
