After the first cleaning, I was not happy with company so I decided to cancel my service for any future cleaning. I tried to call the office multiple times, left messages but no answer. I found out the company charged my credit without my authorization. This is unacceptable and unethical. I tried to communicate with them via email to discuss this why I am being charged but still no answer. Don't use this company! Don't give them your bank or credit information because they will charge you.

I am completely blown away by how quickly the cleaner worked but with a VERY keen eye to detail. I haven’t really cleaned my home in almost 5 years as it’s just not my thing so he sure had his work cut out for him and delivered WAY MORE than I ever could have anticipated. I am in awe with how clean this is. I will be hiring this company ANY time I ever need cleaning. They are quick, professional, kind, non-judgemental, detailed but fast, and an absolute delight to have worked with. I especially recommend this company if you work from home as our cleaner was quiet and courteous when I was on calls. AWESOME JOB FOLKS!!!

I needed a good, one-time, deep clean of the house and that's exactly what Green Apple delivered. Christian did an amazing job. So thorough, so respectful, so hardworking. And he had to work around all of us working and studying from home due to pandemic. It is without saying that GreenApple gentle products instead of strong cleaning chemicals are a big plus. Yes, there is a, rather high, price for cleaning services. But for me, Christian's hard work and the sparkling clean house, worth every dollar spent for this deep clean of all the house. With this one-time help, we did all what we could to assure that the house is as germ-free as it could be, sparkling clean and beautiful to live in. Ready for our regular cleanings without feeling discouraged that there is always some corner or dust on the windowsill we will have to pay attention one day... Thanks again, Jaroslava
