★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to this location for services. Yesterday, I booked an appointment 10:30 am with them for winter tire swapping. My winter tire with the rim on was in their storage. They told me my winter tires were ready for swapping when I was there on time. They spent two hours and could not get the job done. I was so confused about why it took so long for such an easy job. If you were so busy, then why booked an appointment with me. I could go somewhere else and save my time. It was the worst experience. No coming back. By the way. My car is a Subaru Impreza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time dealing with Onion Garage- I had issues with my car and another local garage gave me a very pricey estimate- I wanted a second opinion and Raymond, the owner, asked me to bring the car in and he would have a look. I really appreciated him actually showing me what was wrong with the car, while it was on the hoist! I got an estimate from him that was about half of the first one, so I decided to get it fixed. There was lots of work to be done on it. He also lent me a car so I could go to work still and not be stuck without a vehicle. I just went to pick my car up and I am so very happy. Raymond is super kind, professional and honest guy! I definitely have found my new go to for any car issues.
Would highly recommend him any day! Thank you Raymond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for several years, always a good experience. They never try to up sell you. They always tell you exactly what is wrong and fix it. They stand by their work. I have experienced this twice personally, most recently when a starter that they replaced two years ago went again they replaced it a basically no charge. I always bring my cars here.

Raymond from Onion Auto is very accommodating, honest, yet very knowledgeable about automotive repair, his rates are surprisingly affordable.
I highly recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance done on their vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic people and very knowledgeable. Were able to get my car back to me within 48 hours of me dropping it off. Which, considering the amount of work had to be done, is seriously impressive. Very affordable as well, they don't try to hassle you into any unnecessary repairs.
10/10 would recommend anyone to visit these guys!

Their estimate was accurate and lower than other places (the dealer). Their quality of work, the overall interaction and timeliness were impeccable. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service and management. I used to do tire swap for my two cars here since last two times. Last time they took one hour to get my car in. Also made a mistake in tire swap and broke my wheel covers and arguing it's not fitting your wheels, since those covers were on those wheels before. This time on my appointment day they are saying we gave your appointment time to someone else with very irrational argument. Also attitude is very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ZERO honesty about this place.
They made mistake and damaged my car, only agreed to split the cost 50-50 with me. They referred me to another dealer to fix, and guess what, with their "internal" dealer-to-dealer price, the 50% I paid ended up more than the full price if I just call to get a quotes as a regular customer.
So I paid 100% for their mistake.
Not to mention they lied about the quality of the service. On top of the fix cost, my car would sell less because of this.
