P	Perfect Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 28 minutes for someone to greet me. Terrible job with the cleaning. Dirty water drained out when I opened the drinks door, dead bee was still on the dashboard, cup holders on the doors were not touched and my back seat still had crumbs in the creases. I would never take my can here again.

Also, didn't call when detailing was done, so my car had been sitting a while when I went back. However, the detailing work was terrific, so I'll definitely be back.

Walked in and their was no one a round so I sat down and waited for 15 minutes before someone finally came out, when they did they asked me to wait a few minutes. They come back out another 15 minutes later (30 minutes total waiting just to talk to someone) I told them I had a groupon for a tire rotation the guy took my info, my keys and told me to come back in an hour. An hour passes and I come back and the cars not ready but it shouldn't take to long so i sit down and wait and wait and wait another hour passes and the cars finally ready but before handing me the keys he tells it'll be 50$ despite the fact I had the groupon and it was supposed to be covered. He explains it took longer because the tires were on the rims and thus cost more, not once during the time I sat there did he come out and speak to me regarding this to ask/warn me about the extra time or cost but he did have the time to talk with other customers (in a more friendly manner - likely regulars). Will not be using again.
S	Sara Leroux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend dropped her car off at 10am for car detailing package. Walked around for 2 hours, picked it up and the car was in the same condition I dropped it off in. Car was soaking wet when it was supposed to be washed and come back dry, Tires weren't cleaned or shined,there was dirt and dust all over them, when it was pointed it out he stood there saying he did everything that was included which is not true and very visible, air vents weren't blown out, dashboard has dust all over it still The doors weren't cleaned or wiped at all there is dirt in between the car door and car still Mirrors are all dirty and streaky inside and out There was 0 detailing done to the car I could of done a better job myself. Save yourself the money and go else where!

But staff seemed friendly once they greeted me; handed over the keys and came back about 2 hours later. Amazing job!! I honestly didn't think my car could get that clean and smelled really nice afterward as well! So, so impressed.

They even spent extra time trying to get all the dog hair out even though I said I didn't expect them to be able to. I'll definitely be back.

However, to his credit, he accommodated my late request (I had purchased a Groupon for car detailing), and he was personable enough in person. Most importantly, he did a great job of detailing my car. As he was unable to vacuum the salt from my mats, he offered to shampoo them for $10 and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this service.
