I had problems with the original carpet installation in Spring 2018, the follow-up service was painful but, at least it got addressed. However, now that I have a bubble/lifting in the carpet - confirming the poor quality of the original installation - 2 calls/emails to Argos to have the issue corrected have gone unanswered.
S	S Ramsey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought it went well initially for selection and order, back in Oct was told it could be installed the next week or two, but here we are months later still, no carpet, no follow up communication. so I guess my order is cancelled? I have called to follow up several times and I was told rudely "COVID delay' as the excuse and always "next Friday, next Friday" - but no solution was offered such as come choose something else we have in stock or a phone call to say sorry we can't complete your order in reasonable time. Perhaps my job was too small to care about.
R	Roger Pankhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen to the negative reviews and avoid these guys. They botched the carpet install at my house. I told them to either redo the carpet or eat the cost because I'd have to replace it. They disappeared for four months, then their 'legal rep' showed up at my house on a Sunday afternoon with the 'invoice', demanding I pay. I showed him the carpet, he agreed that it was a terrible job, that they wouldn't charge me and that I could remove it and return it at my convenience. Then they tried to charge my credit card anyway without telling me. Then they tried to sue me in small claims court, where we eventually settled, because at that point it would have cost me and my general contractor more money to sit in court for two days than it would to just pay then to go away.
T	Taranum Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first contacted Argos in May 2020 regarding installation of hardwood on the second floor, living room and office. They came highly recommended by family who had used them twice in the past. It took several attempts to have someone return my call. Once I was able to connect with a representative (June 2020), he was very helpful. I went in picked out the hardwood and carpet and was given a quote. Someone came to the house to measure and re-check the scope of work. I was told at the end of June they would order the samples and have them to me after the July 2020 long weekend. After following up I have yet to hear anything from anyone at Argos. There has been no follow up and my calls have gone unanswered. In the end I had to find another flooring company that valued my business (over $15 000). It has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My recommendation is that if you want good, solid customer service and you are on a timeline - go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Nick Sirios and Dorel Williams who made this complex job simple. Reason for post, I saved 50% in comparison to other flooring stores. The wood was listed at $7.69 a square foot I was able to talk Nick down to $5.50, Joe Depo doesnt do that.

The gentleman that worked with us had the best sense of humour, was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. We went in looking for laminate and with our intended use, it was suggested that we got with LVT. We had never heard of it but turned out to be exactly what we needed and perfect for our project. I cannot say enough about our experience today. Whenever we need any flooring, we will be shopping at Argos - Hands down!
