We contacted several companies, but we were most impressed with Christina Beckstead of Eurostar Windows. Christina really knows her products and guided us toward a good one suitable for house. We are replacing 9 windows. The prices were reasonable as well. Once measurements were taken on April 20th, the windows were ordered and arrived in the 3rd week of May. The windows are being installed by Pascal and Dan. Pascal and Dan are excellent workers. They are professional, courteous, and flexible about how the installation should proceed. They worked at a quick pace to finish the installation as promised. We also need to buy a door and plan on doing so from Eurostar based on our highly satisfactory experience with the windows. The Installers, Yan, Mathieu and Eric were amazing. They were courteous, efficient and helpful with moving furniture and giving me a hand with reinstalling blinds etc. They left the place spotless when all the work was done. I was truly impressed with their professionalism! It was a pleasure working with them and they went above and beyond in helping me, in fact my dishwasher broke while they were there, and Yan got right in there to help me! I would highly recommend Euro Star Windows to anyone!

To date we still don't have our new windows and keep getting the run around on when they will be here. UPDATE OCT 13 After waiting six months for my windows, they are installed and I absolutely love them. The installers did a great job.

They were very professional and friendly. While there were a few problems, resulting from my old house being anything but square, Eurostar is taking care of everything. Love the windows and the service.

After living with old windows, plastic on the inside each winter to stop the drafts, struggling with wooden storm windows, painting and repair and more modern windows some of which no longer worked it is nice to have the new ones! Les was very patient while I made up my mind about what I wanted and made great suggestions particularly for replacing a large north-facing window, totally transforming the master bedroom. He also stained the oak trim installed on the new windows in the living room and dining room to match the original oak himself - a masterful job! Yan and Mathieu did the installation work - very hard working professionals, very pleasant to deal. Excellent cleanup each day with no mess or debris. I highly recommend them! My only criticism, and the reason for not giving Euro Star Windows a 5 star rating: communications regarding installation and other delays. I understand delays happen but I want to be kept informed about what is happening and when to expect the work to start, not feel I have to follow up to find out what is going on. Some adjustments are required to the installed windows and are ongoing. This is understandable but, again, I would like to be kept better informed about when to expect the work to take place and be completed.

We returned this year to order a few more windows and to replace our doors. The products are great and I am satisfied with the workmanship. Recommended.
