To say the least, they are made of very high quality material and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows or for a new construction. I recently built a separate garage and shed and called Dalmen Pro to install my windows as I wanted the same quality and peace of mind. The service was courteous and phenomenal! It us rare to find companies like these anymore! Thank you guys!

It was a big complex job. I got 9 different quotes. I was most impressed with Dalmen. Students and staff are hard on the doors and windows. Four years on they are like new. A student tried forcing a window open with it locked and broke the crank. I called Dalmen and they responded immediately. The next day Tim came and fixed it. He was fast, efficient, polite, tidy. I have been so impressed by Dalmen. From the first experience four years ago with Chris, to today with Tim, every step of the way they have provided a superior product, superior service, immediate response to concerns and issues. Did exactly what they promised, and more and came in on budget and on time. Super impressed. Great leadership from top down, very service focused. Impressive organization. Impressive craftsmanship. Impressive products. Highly recommend Chris and his team at Dalmen.

But the installation left something to be desired. Had to have the crew return to reinstall a window where I could feel cold air coming in around the window, and where I could see smoke from burned incense visibly blown around the frame by the breeze. They came back and fixed it. At the time I had not noticed that had knocked some exterior small pieces of exterior siding off my house beside a window they worked on. I've asked a number of times for them to come back and do this simple repair. --- UPDATE they eventually came through and remedied the problem. Now we have some functional windows we are happy with.

D	Darren DeRidder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Dalmen Pro replace a front door for me. There was a bit of a mixup on the paint colour (twice), but they sorted it out fairly quickly. The installers and people I talked to were all friendly, and I have no complaints with the result. The installers had a really hard time getting the old door out but worked extra hard to keep it intact so I could re-use it. I made a callback to adjust the door after it started binding, which was done fairly quickly.
