Alex personally drove to pick up our windows from the supplier and they had windows installed in 2 days. Everything looks great. I would recommend this team to get the job done.

Starting from Alex to the sales man Michael and the outstanding installers Mike and crew. They went above and beyond all of my expectation and I would recommend this company 1 million percent. I got my 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and basement windows all done in one day. They were quick and did a wonderful job installing the windows. Great pricing too. Definitely recommend.
A	Akirea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called for the a sunroom quote they were very responsive....did up drawing and gave me options...I paid deposit back in Nov 2021...with an initial install of Jan 2022. To be fair they said there may be a delay to early Feb.....so its mid apr 22 and still no sun room...I have left 2 messages requesting an update but have heard nothing. Will give an update on the product if/when it gets installed...so beware if you are looking to get something in a timley fashion. 12 Apr 22 - Called again today and spoke to the company, everything is delayed 3-6 months due to shortage of materials, they put a call into the manufacturer to get an update for me but said they most likely would not provide a refund of my deposit as there records show that it has been in production for several months. I also edited the deposit date from Dec to Nov 21. 22 Apr 22 - spoke to the owner.. Apparantly he communicated to the staff that this project wasnt going to be completed until the spring but unfortunatly that was never passed to me. He was very nice and apolagetic over the situation and was able to give me the actual dates that the materia will be arriving. Next update should be end of may with the install. If the install goes as planned and the work is done well i will be adjusting the rating.

Since then, I have been told: -We're very busy, we will call you in two weeks, and -We're down to only one crew, that's why we didn't call for installation, and -Call you in two weeks for installation (no call), and -I will set a reminder to call you in two weeks for an update (no call), and -You actually don't have the door you told me you had in stock. Tanya F constantly lies and gaslights over the phone and does the company a great disservice. I asked to speak to the owner otherwise I would cancel my order. Within minutes of that email, Tanya F had replied that she is cancelling the order. It seems the owner is completely disconnected from daily operations and is unreachable. BEWARE, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

From the sales staff (Mike) to the owner (Alex) and the crew (Andrew) and the rest all were extremely professional and amazing to deal with! Yes there was some delays due to COVID but they are not blame and Alex was very apologetic about it. The crew was curious and polite and they cleaned up after themselves as much as possible. We will absolutely be calling them next summer to install our front door.
