d	david naylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to be clear; the warranty that comes with the windows is from the manufacturer, Vinyl Windows Design, and not Cana, the installer, even though you paid Cana for the work. I had a window that started to show streaks on the inside but never heard anything for 6 months until someone showed up from Toronto to take a look. Of course, there was no-one in to show him. After reviewing the manufacturer, the comments would indicate that bad after-sales service seems to be a common occurrence. All in all, a painful experience with very little communication.

We especially appreciated the time their sales rep (Susan) took with us when we were uncertain about what we wanted. The design we have today owes a lot to her suggestions and experience. She was also the only sales rep from several window companies who got back to us with estimates and information when promised. The installation team did a great job -- from measurements, to removing the old windows, to reinforcing the frame where there had been water damage, to installing the new windows and trim. Our living room is a now a much more attractive space. Finally, it all got done before our target date of mid-November.

We had opted to have the trim colour matched to existing windows and they are perfect.We don't want to put our curtains back they are so lovely !

S	Sharon B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cana replaced our main bedroom window, which has a south west exposure, about 2 years ago and we still love it! The new window does a much better job of insulating from the heat and cold. Our heating and AC bills are noticeably lower.

Wayne (from sales) was always available -- over a lengthy period of replacing windows from tornado damage -- easy to work with, and went to bat for us. A calm, supportive influence, when we needed it. John and his installation team were awesome: quickly replacing 3 windows and a patio door in the cold of December, but doing a masterful job at the same time. Pleasant, efficient and with attention to detail. They were even able to replace much of the window moulding they removed, they were so careful. When we had the second set of windows replaced in May, we made sure we had the same team!

They had done such a great job that we called them to replace 4 windows that had not been replaced since the house was built. They did a great job! It was done quickly and with no mess! A few years ago we had CANA replace a basement window and were so pleased that we called Wayne Thurber again to replace all the other windows in the house. He was very thorough and explained all the options. Six weeks after placing the order, our custom windows were ready for installation. The crew spend a day and a half doing the work. One of our concerns was about our existing decorative trim and the crew was able to save pretty much everything. Installation was very professionally done (floor protection, etc) and with surprisingly little mess. The windows themselves are such a huge upgrade that we regret not doing it sooner. They have really improved the appearance of the house!
