Their installer was quick and very efficient. Our existing electric garage door opener was set up perfectly for us before he left. Thank you for selling us a quality door at a price that suited our needs perfectly. Note. The Fendor showroom is bright, well laid out to view products, and clean. They look beautiful, I've had no issues with them, and with vinyl interior trim they made my housework so much easier! They were all installed in the winter-but the window installation is so quick, the weather really wasn't a factor. The installers were great- did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The windows, not only look great, they also really added value to my home!

We are building a new home and have been working with many contractors and Fendor stands out in a very positive way. We ordered all of our windows and exterior doors from Fendor, they confirmed each configuration with us and took care of all of the details. For example, one of the panes arrived cracked, they let us know, but still installed it to keep the elements out while the replacement pane arrived. They care about doing things right and it shows. We will be ordering our garage doors from Fendor as well. We can't overstate how happy we are with our experience with Fendor.

We were delighted with the install of our windows in 2005. They came with a 20 year warranty on the insulating glass. I noticed the seal broke 3 years ago and because the manufacturing company, Oran, is out of business Fendor will not honor the warranty. This is a "buyer beware" note as at no time did the salesman indicate the warranty would only be honored by Oran. I was purchasing my product from Fendor and this is who I expected to deal with for any issues. Imagine if the current company Fendor uses, goes out of business in a few years. Basically disregard any warranties, as it is only worth the paper it is written on.

This work was done in three phases over about 5 years, and each time we were very pleased with the results. Good communication from the office, great quality windows, and the installers were very thorough and professional. Each time, the windows were neatly installed, trimmed and left in "ready to paint" condition, just as promised. A positive and consistent experience working with these guys. Just what you hope for when making a large investment like this in your home. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

The crew here was tidy and efficient and even made a small repair to my garage side door with out me asking or even pointing out that he did so - it just suddenly closed better and I had to ask, "hey, did you fix this!")
