We had some large items to move, grand piano, large glass cabinet and much more. They were efficient and very careful with all our belonging. There was unfortunately a small incident with the glass cabinet, it is too bad as it would have been a perfect move. They took care of the repairs until we were fully satisfied. Thank you to Ajay Singh for looking after this issue and staying in touch with us. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

After much research to find a reputable moving company in the Ottawa area, we finally decided on Professional Movers Ottawa. It was the best decision we could have made. From booking the move to the actual job ,everything was perfect! Both these young men were very friendly and very capable of moving our belongings. They were professional and well mannered .They treated our furniture and antiques properly, taking care to wrap each piece well. They took appropriate steps to protect floors and walls. It was a tight squeeze to get some of the furniture to the top floor and they never gave up to get the box spring around the tight corners. This is a testament to their professionalism! We will definitely recommend this company and these young men to friends and family for their moves if they are in need. We for one will call upon them again! They went above and beyond to make sure they had everything carefully wrapped and packaged and nothing was damaged during the move. Overall, Professional Movers we’re very communicative and quick to respond to my emails and questions. I would highly recommend using Professional Movers. They made our move infinitely less stressful.

The movers arrived prepared. Packing and loading was very organized. Everything arrived in the same condition. At the destination there was only a single elevator available which couldn't be put on service -- the movers handled it perfectly and without complaint. Moreover, they offered to put the bed back together despite the flat rate and having to drive back to Ottawa following. I have only good things to say about this crew.

They were super quick, efficient, handled my items carefully and were super respectful. I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend using them.
