Une homme pour ma demande prix un piece machin a cudte repondu 20$ deux jour apres je pose question madame reponse ete 15$ maximum bisard , est famme âgé travaillant n'a aucun respect pour les clients, et est extrêmement condéscendant ne laise mem pas parle au cliente elle ce miou be no elle cone completment rien.Mon amie amne machin a vidre a reparation reponse ete sa repar pas je repare moi meme est avec techicien a place confirme que ce ete reparable ca sufuse bonne netoiage be pour monde que nous servie non pourqua pour que on achet neuve. Ne recommande pas cette entreprise.Madame que répondre au telephon tres male polie au cliente tres agresiv oblige deplace pour verifie acesoir pour machine est prix machine que je ete interese, respect pas que quelun est invalide oblige venir au magasin ce redicule ocune respect pour cliente.Déconseillé Singer est annonce Singer sur photo .vrement service redicule. Customer service is execrable. A man for my request price a piece of cudte answered $ 20 two days after I ask question madam answer was $ 15 maximum bisard, is an elderly working woman has no respect for clients, and is extremely condescending does not let me speak to the customer she this miou be no she cone completely nothing My friend brought something to be emptied to repair answer was not repaired I repair myself is with technician in place confirms that this repairable is sufficient good cleaning be for the world that we served no why we bought new. Do not recommend this company.Madam answering the phone very polite to the very aggressive customer has to move to check at the machine is price machine that I am interested, respect not that someone is invalid obliges to come to the store this redicule with respect for customer. Not recommended Singer is a Singer photo ad. I did not ask the owner to speak to fill it up are so sure that it will be sure that the customer will not be a customer uff it is very hard set store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée deux fois à la succursale de la place Versailles et j'ai reçu le PIRE service à la clientèle, de la part de deux employés différents (Homme âgé et femme âgée cheveux court) tout deux présents mercredi le 18novembre. Vis à vis de ma personne, ils étaient condescendants, accusateurs, d'aucune aide et toutes les pires caractéristiques d'un mauvais service à la clientèle.
C'est une honte de donner un tel service même si ce n'est pas un service.
À voir les autres commentaires je ne suis pas la seule à avoir reçu un service immonde, je ne comprend pas comment cette place peut être encore ouverte.
Je DÉCONSEILLE, n'y allez pas.
I went to the Place Versailles branch twice and received the WORST customer service from two different employees (Elderly Man and Short Haired Elderly Woman) both present on Wednesday November 18th. They were condescending, accusing, unhelpful, and all of the worst characteristics of bad customer service.
It is a shame to give such a service even if it is not a service.
Looking at the other comments I am not the only one to have received terrible service, I do not understand how this place can still be open.
I AGREE against, don't go.

Do not buy there. They sell some stuff at 3x the price.
Got a piece for 30 box there, I could have paid $10 at Monsieur Machine à Coudre on St-Hubert Street, Montreal. WHICH SELLS ORIGINAL PIECES TOO.
Plus, their prices are not all on the items, they don't tell you they do no refund, they wait for you to pay and tell you "it's written on your bill" ? for Christ sake, they are horrible and I will never ever go back there. Too bad if they close because people buy at Monsieur Machine à Coudre!!!
To answer their response, I'd say it's a pity to accuse their best competitor to sell Chinese reproductions. Ok, Amazon might do it, but not Monsieur Machine à Coudre. What a shame.

They answer all the questions ,show you how to use the machine and have services for any brand of sewing machines. They also do alterations and embroideries as per request for gifts or baby shower. Not to mention that they have all the parts for sewing machines. Great costumer service. Please to shop .
