They dont call back on orders, they don't update their internet informations like opening hours. I've waited 30 min in front of the door and at the opening time they told me they was opening 30 minutes later.

Such terrible customer service...Give me money and we’ll be able to anwser your questions! The is realllly impressive. I’ve never heard anything like this. They have my customer file but that’s not enough to help, your money will answer all questions? Oh well, looks like new way of answering questions you don’t feel like answering!

Excellent service from the optometrist, he's well suited to put people at ease and that's a plus in regard of the situation. In addition, excellent service from de lady concerning the glasses. Only minus could be the waiting time, but patience is a must. ;)

I went there as the nose pad on my glasses fell out and I needed a quick replacement. I did not purchase my glasses there, but I did pay for a lens change at the store a while back. Not only did the service take less than 5 minutes all in all, but they also did not charge me their usual 30$ fee for frames purchased outside the store. The man that served me was very polite, had a nice french (from france) accent and provided by far the best experience I have had within the chain as a whole.

Had a eye exam done in August 2021. Service was awesome great, paid for the eye exam in full. Went back today, end of September. To ask for help in explaining the eye prescription, because it was written by hand like a doctor's note .. Although we must take an appointment to see the eye doctor. This time around the reception was cold brief and dismissive, in explaining the prescription itself. Last visit to this business, personally never again. Will be buying my glasses elsewhere. My demeanor and decorum were kind and polite, i questioned about why the person who greeted me was impatient and hostile, dumbfounded me entirely, she closed the store gate and walked away rolling her eyes.. off putting ?... Side note: dislike giving bad reviews, always give my best encouragement for businesses. Unless proven otherwise ?‍♀️

Went there 1 week ago. Bought my glasses from another newlook location. Ask her to repair the broken frame. The person who assisted me seems to have no knowledge about frames. She didn’t even look at the frame and told me she cannot repair it. She told me that I have to pay. It’s really stupid because it was still under warranty. She didn’t even bother to check my file on their system and just returned my frame. There was literally no one in the store. Other staffs were just talking, laughing among themselves and were always on their phone. I felt like they were very unprofessional. I went to optoplus and they repaired it for free. They were very friendly and welcoming even if I didn’t buy from them. Will never buy from Newlook again and take my business to Optoplus.

Extremely terrible service. Do not recommend. Beware staff/assistant calling herself “Licensed optician”. I hope they will see someone coming for an inspection very soon. Went there with 2 designer glasses that I purchased less than a year ago. The staff told me that I have to pay and that they were not covered under warranty. This is not true. Usually manufacturers give two years of warranty on them but the company Newlook would give 1 year warranty on the glasses. Even though it was during the warranty period, she did not want to repair them. The glasses broke on the side. One frame was just missing a screw. She thought it was completely broken. If I didn’t tell her it was a screw missing, she would not care to look at it. I had to ask her to order the screw as she did not want to repair it. She did not order anything and used some random screw which was loose and I know that it will fall back again. Some frames need special screws. That took her over 30minutes to do. It’s very incompetent as this should have taken less than 10mins. If they want to satisfy the customer, then they should keep their words. They do give us a pamphlet on our purchase mentioning that the frames are covered under warranty for a year. She returned me my second frame back and did not want to do anything. It’s in their power to contact the manufacturer and order the piece which is broken to replace it. They then send back the broken piece and the fee is waived or gets adjusted as credit under their account. Employees there are lazy and just don’t want to do their work. Very disappointed. Never buying glasses there again. Be careful on who is serving you. Make sure they are licensed. Even check their name and licensed number if needed. Customers have all rights to protect themselves. Any act of adjustment, dispensing or reparation has to be done by the optician. I am adding a picture showing how they were working hard on their phone. There was literally no one, they don’t care about customers. They just want to sit and make money.
