After not having access to a family doctor for 12 years in Ontario and British Columbia, Dr. Dornstauder alerted me to an issue with one of my eyes and referred me to a family physician. Within a week I had been diagnosed with Graves Disease, which is totally treatable, but if left untreated will eventually kill you. THANK YOU! In addition, every single person I interacted with in the clinic was excellent! (Thanks Wendy for getting those dilation drops in my eyes!) I also got a great price on a pair of glasses and sunglasses, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

I believe our Dr was thorough in her exam, but when I pressed for more information/clarification, I think our communication broke down, and I left feeling a bit frustrated about that. Thankfully, my kid's eyes are nearly perfect. :) They did however let me take home a pair of loaner glasses to see if they would be helpful, which I appreciated.

All of the doctors have years of experience and really take the time to ensure that your eyes are healthy with their thorough eye exams along with their knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff to assist you with finding a frame that compliments you. Currently, I live in the city and I still drive to Olds to get my eyes checked because of the outstanding customer service I have received from their clinic over the past 29 years and incredible selection of current styles and trends! Dr. Sitter gave me a trial pack of contacts at my last eye exam to try to see if I liked the new contacts more than the ones I was using along with eye drops which also made a huge difference! Everyone at the clinic goes above and beyond for their clients. My favourite lines are Prada and Etro but they have a variety of different price points, something for everyone.

The Doctors are amazing (with our Fav being Dr. Sitter:) The selection for both kids and Adults frames is great. With 3 out of 4 of us in our family needing either frames or contacts, we appreciate being able to get great quality and service in one stop.

I have purchased glasses from them for the past 16 years and recently underwent cataract surgery in Calgary. From the initial diagnosis to my post surgery care, the staff were attentive, caring and very professional.

The associate Emily was fantastic help and very welcoming. She directed me try on all kinds of gear and showed me all the new products. I will be back again soon - Apparently I can't read. I visited the sun warehouse a division of the eye warehouse. I do go to Olds eye care and the staff there are all beyond amazing! I don't think I need glasses I just can't read. Thank you to everyone

They work great as a team as it’s the one place where we feel comfortable seeing a different optometrist each time- they have always taken great care of us!
