I see Kyran when I come here, and she always does an incredible job! I know when I leave my hair appointment in going to be in love with what she did with my hair, which is a really big deal for me. Before I came to Urban Rootz I would always leave a little sad with how my hair turned out.
It's the best way I can come up with to explain why I love this place so much. Thank you Kyran and Urban Rootz!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had my hair styled by Kennedy! My experience with her was spectacular. She was thorough in ensuring she made my dream look come true and walked me through the process. Furthermore she gave me a price expectation before starting as well as an idea of the maintenance for the style. This is one of the first times I’ve walked out of a salon feeling like they did exactly what I wanted! Amazing person, extraordinary stylist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kara is excellent, have always had awesome experiences here. My hair colour had to be corrected over time, due to last colourists under processing. (Hair was really coppery.). Now it’s beautiful and she’s helped me grow it longer than I’ve had in years. Love this place.
