As a small family business we can shop around for the best prices, while keeping it local. We are using Castrol oil as our Conventional and Synthetic brand. We are also using Napa for are lights, belts and filters. We are connected with Torrock towing who is AMA registered and have their services and batteries for purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe the level of exceptional service they provide to each customer. They show so much compassion and love for their community and the people within it. I cannot count the number of times I've called with something urgent and each time they tell me to drive on in. Just this last week our work van decided to have a melt down! As a small buisness it is nearly impossible for us to function without it. Glenn got us in and fixed it over the weekend despite his busy schedule! Truly you will not find better service, prices or hours anywhere else! Aubin's Auto Aid is a true life saver!

I was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire so I got towed to the nearest shop and luckily it was Aubin’s auto aid. The owner and staff are very patient, and caring, truly there to satisfy customers rather then just getting money out of them. Would 100% recommend them.

Got a flat on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at the Olds Walmart on a Sunday. They arrived promptly and took the tire back to their shop and patched it. They returned in no time and reinstalled the tire.
But there's more... I had bent the dust plate when I attempted to change the tire (I removed it from the rotor myself, not realizing Grand Caravans don't carry a spare.) While driving home I began to hear a metal on metal sound so I pulled over and called this business again. While on the side of the road they diagnosed the issue OVER THE PHONE. The guidance resolved the problem (dust place bent against the rotor) and I was back on the road in minutes.
Incredible service, hospitality and value. Definitely a card I will keep in my wallet and recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down while visiting Olds, late on a Friday night, called TorRock towing (also a 5 star company) and they towed me to Aubins at the recommendation of the driver and they had the part ordered and installed by Saturday afternoon at an amazing price especially for such short notice! Can't recommend them enough! If I lived in Olds I would only use them anytime I needed anything done to my vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole, Glenn and the whole crew couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful, salt of the earth people! We blew a tire in Innisfail going from Calgary to Edmonton and they went and got a new one from Canadian Tire as they didn’t have that size in stock. They changed the tire, put our spare back, checked all the other tires to make sure we would be safe and sound to get home. This shop is the real deal, support local they deserve it and earned an 10 Star rating but Google only lets me do a 5 Star!
