★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people live in 1960s where the only way to know and find something is by looking for it or relying on the incompetent, often rude staff.
There is no digital inventory system. Even if you got the SKU from their website, they cannot look it up. Their website doesn't even have the option to indicate if their product is available at a store near you.
Fabricville is bound to die in this new era and only survives because there are so very little fabric shops.
It's fine if you're looking for fabric in general but if you need a rather precise item, they will most likely tell you that they don't have it without even looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service there is touch and go, sometimes it's awesome sometimes it's downright rude. The prices are unimpressive except in the liquidation section, below average quality quilting cotton is often more than 20$ per metre, knits are comparable in price to what smaller companies offer and the prints are not renewed that often. There is always a great selection of flannel on the other hand and their prints are renewed regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look for a specific fabric and showed the lady at the counter a screen shot of what I found but it was in English, the lady said " je ne parle pas anglais" and did not help me. This person should not be working with the public if you don't understand some English.
Will not be dealing with fabricville in the future.
