★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past year everytime I go in to any of the locations in Ottawa there very in your face they don't let you have time to look around they constantly are hanging around you and asking if you need help. I have counted the one day at least 5 times they asked if I need help or if I'm finding everything ok. I end up leaving after 5 minutes cause I'm tired of it. Idk if it's company policy or what but it needs to stop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to buy clothes for my teenage son. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, ready to recommend things that my son end up loving. And when I've had my younger daughter with me, the guys are so nice to her, when usually she gets ignored by store staff. It's just a little extra that makes me happy to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had mixed experiences here. Staff has always been friendly but a few times there's been no actual skaters working and knowledge was lacking. I don't really consider this a skate shop, more of a clothing store for teenagers. If you know skateboarding and what you need it's fine, but I would recommend beginners go to a more legit skate shop to buy a complete, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like everyone else is saying, the staff at this store are all very friendly. I usually feel very uncomfortable and out of place whenever I enter a skate shop but not at this store. They had exactly what I was looking for and everything went well and quickly. This is the store I will go to in the future for my skateboarding needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Even at closing time when all the other stores starts shoo’wing away customers 30 mins before close (ok, my bad), these guys were amazing, helpful, kind and patient. As this would be my only opportunity to pick up a couple items, the staff and assistant manage went above and beyond to make me feel un rushed and satisfied. Big shouts out to a class act staff, as I wasn’t expecting such professionalism and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff EVER. The atmosphere was awful and employees friends kept coming in and screaming. If I was the manager I'd fire everyone here. They were talking non stop and extremely loudly. Clothes thrown all around and left in a complete mess.

I was greeted kindly when I entered and was asked what I was looking for. They said that they didn't have it there and gave me some great recommendations on where to find some within the mall.
Overall kind and welcoming staff and I would feel happy returning in the future.
