Frankly a place I Love. Colette is excellent at the St Laurent place and In Gatineau they all are very Nice. I Always find stylish yet classy pieces and they have good deals when you're patient. I recomand ?

Worst customer service ever. I always prefer to go to the bayshore location but this one is closer to me. The staff are all elder women so i don't expect friendliness anymore. They are lucky they have beautiful dresses which is why i come back but i never look forward the glares. Wish they had better staff

Came in to ask about an item they might carry today. The one sales associate (with short dark hair, older woman, short in stature) was quite rude. I asked her if they carried a certain item and before I even finished my question, she’s looked me up and down and replied “no”. Very “welcoming”

I don't know where to start with the horrible customer service I had received today. I came in to return a dress I had purchased from the web. I was told previously by the online customer service agent that I have until Jan 7 to return my dress. I went into the store at the St. Laurent location and the manager Lise Morissette was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable. She was extremely impolite and gave me attitude. She said there is no way she is returning this dress after 2 weeks. I explained three times that I was told I can return it until January 7. She kept saying no way impossible she has been here 25 years she knows the policy. I can't believe this women was a manger, she didn't even know the company’s policy, and the way she acted and represented the company was horrible. I had to stay on the phone there for an hour calling Melanie Lyne web until an agent answered, Lise told me I might as well not call because they take a long time answering, she gave me the impression she wants me out the store quick. An agent finally answered and to spoke with Lise to tell her that I have until January 7 to return. Lise said she was “unaware”. She refused to put the money back on my credit card because unfortunately I had deactivated that visa card (I had called Melanie Lyne web about it before entering the store and asked if they would be able to put it back on another visa, the answer was yes). She really didn’t want to deal with my purchase and told me to just send it back by mail, and pointed the address where I can mail it back on the receipt. It shocked me that she would be so lazy with her job like that, why would I mail it back when I can just return it at the store closest to me? At that point I left the store without any return still in shock with the unprofessionalism Lise demonstrated. Later I decided I might as well get the store credit since I can’t have my money back, though I was told 2 different answers from Lise and the online agents. When I entered the store, she greeted me nicely until I looked up and she recognized me. She changed her entire tone of voice and body language and said “Oh, you’re back….?” I told her yes I’m back can I have the gift card please. Even after all the horrible service lise gave me, I still thanked her for the gift card and she completely ignored me and turned away. I was treated so poorly here, I couldn’t even hold back my tears when I left. My sister witnessed all of this and she’s just in shock. I do have to say the other employees working there seemed friendly and did apologize to me. I have never had a problem or a bad experience like this before, this was the first time I was treated badly in any retail store in general. Melanie Lyne and Laura Canada definitely lost a loyal customer.

Did a lot of shopping recently at this store for myself and for Christmas presents. Wadia was so very helpful with encouraging me to try items on, bringing me different sizes and overall just being very pleasant, patient and helpful. I will never shop online and feel this is wonderful to have this type of outstanding customer service. I will be back... oh yes and fantastic clothes !!!

I went in today to return a few items I bought online. The moment the sales associate realized I was not making a purchase from her she literally walked away and left me standing at the cash!! I love the clothing you carry but will be shopping elsewhere from now on ! I would recommend to train your staff to provide better customer service. I have never been treated to rudely in my life!

They have a nice dress I liked. However, the lady was frankly quite rude. She made me take off my shoes and put my drink outside of the change room which I get. She also kept making sure the dress wouldn’t touch my shoes outside the change room. But, she kept following my friend around the store and only allowed one dress in the change room. However, I saw her allow other people more than one. She shouted MADAME as my friend tried to get me another dress. In the store, I felt stereotyped as a younger customer, she assumed that I couldn’t afford the dress, would steal it and damage the dress as well. Who the hell would go into a store just to damage the dress?

Very nice store, the clothes are nice. I bought a crocodile skin bag and everywhere I go people ask me Where I got it from? The bag is cute and small. I also got a evening purse for a relative, nice looking purse you ever seen, a red shimmering with a gold chain strap evening purse, just so nice, so chic,so beautiful!!! I went back to get one for my mom, they were sold out, online too!!
