With the follow up emails I received from the owner and great customer service, I would have enrolled in her monthly flower delivery. However, my girlfriend isn't a flower person. Thank you! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ottawa Flower Shop created a beautiful arrangement on my behalf. Living outside of Ottawa, I made a choice of florist based on a Google search and I am SO HAPPY with the choice I made. The arrangement was beautiful, and the service was excellent. They made an initial attempt to deliver the flowers on the set date, but no one was home. They called the same day and returned at a later time to complete the delivery and ensure it would be safely received by the recipient, my cousin. So pleased. Thank you, Ottawa Flower Shop! If I ever need anything else in Ottawa, you will be my first and only call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a standard, ""Fondly Fuschia" arrangement and it did not meet the standard I had hoped for. The flowers were browning slightly around the edge of the petals, some were missing petals, and it was not very nicely designed. I would try another flower shop next time or go for the deluxe, I guess.
