★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of winter boots online for pickup at the train yards store. I tried them on before leaving the store and they did not fit. No issue returning them. The woman in the shoe section was very helpful getting me fitted with boots that did fit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not receive my money back when I returned an item. They said it would show up in my account in two weeks, it's been almost 2 months.
Unacceptable, do not shop here. They have no ethics.
Edit: They 100% fake their good reviews.
Second edit: Seeing a pattern of complaints involving the store's return policy. Interesting...

The store was practically empty and there were sales staff nearby but no one offered to help us...maybe we would have received better service if we were white and male?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this store with/for a friend of mine. The service was absolutely amazing. Astrid and Sadaf were both eager to help, patient and incredibly friendly. Service like this is difficult to come by and shouldn't go unoticed. Thanks again for a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here have been amazing! They have been very helpful and resourceful. We came to purchase several item and we had one item that wasn't on sale (at least it wasn't marked) and the cashier helped us with it. I would highly recommend this store and you will find that the staff will go the extra mile if you are nice, respectful, and simply ask them to see what they can do. Excellent customer service experience for me here!
