★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denying service/entry to people who cannot wear masks is discriminatory and illegal.
I went shopping there last week and they refused to acknowledge mask excemptions in balatant violation of Ottawa By-law No. 2020 – 186, section 2.
Refused to provide an alternative and wouldn't assist in any way with shopping. There needs to be a negative start option for this type of behaviour.

She’s full of good energy and is very informative about the brand! Also, the prices and amount of discounts you get really save you money! One of the best stores in Ottawa ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 10 minutes before their official closing time as advertised on the door and they would not let us in. Thanks after being closed for months. Super bad customer service. Google said 8pm, On the door 7:45, arrived 7:36 to quickly pick up an item, they saw us and wouldn’t accept to open. Very bad.
