T	Tris Quel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their fresh sourdough bread is so cheap and yummy, could not even help myself from finishing half the loaf on the way back home in this weather - you will have finished it and gone back for seconds, thirds and fourths before you even know it! Well worth making the trip for even in a snow storm! ;)

He then sold his business to a wonderful family who took it over! Times are difficult for small businesses but everything is always made fresh every morning! Please go and support this bakery! You can even call to make sure they have what you want set aside because breads sell out quick! Their coconut macaroons, blueberry scones and herb bread are stellar! But all breads are good !

A place that can truly deliver top notch pastries, bread, and desserts without cutting corners in the preparation, or their quality. Always perfectly shaped and, no mess after bites and bites and bites. I experience is the crispier the croissant is, the messier it is while biting it or even just holding it since the outside layer always comes off so easy. Half the croissant would fell off already before finishing it. I give it 6 stars for its perfection!

I go about twice a week, usually for their fresh croissants in the morning and then a post-work treat in the afternoons. I've been working my way to try everything in the bakery. Favourite: plain croissant, perfect feuilleté layers and SUCH A GREAT PRICE! Pleasant surprise: The cinnamon roll has a cinnamon caramel coated between the layers, that is perfect consistency and not too sweet. Won't find anywhere else: French Basque cheesecake. It's the perfect balanced cheesecake! EVERYTHING IS HANDMADE AND FRESH!!!
