She has been treating my daughter (6 yo) since October 2020, and her advice has proven to be effective, and thankfully relatively simple in execution. My daughter feels at ease speaking with and sharing information with Dr. Erin, who we feel takes a very objective approach, which we like! We also like how efficient the office and team are at Somerset Health & Wellness Centre, which is another reason my husband and I will be booking ourselves with Dr. Erin in the new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somerset Health and Wellness came highly recommended to me and even so it’s exceeding my expectations. Staff members are warm as well as professional. Erin Kasparek is an outstanding naturopathic doctor — her initial consultation was the most thorough and holistic history-taking I’ve experienced in my several decades; her knowledge-base is impressive; she is very client-centred, respectful and sensitive; she is creative and encouraging without applying pressure; and I am motivated by and happy with my treatment plan and progress. I highly recommend Erin Kasparek and Somerset!
An update, about a year later: Every appointment with Erin is incredibly helpful and informative, and marked by the warmth and respectful consideration I've come to know her for. I'm always impressed by how up-to-date she is on current research and how--even when she doesn't know what issue/question I'm going to raise--comprehensive her knowledge base is. I appreciate Erin more than I can say...she's really more like a 10 on a 5-star scale. :)
Two years later: Honestly, couldn't be more impressed wiith Erin and Somerset. They continue to provide the best care and never disappoint. Everything I've said above still holds--and then add super high quality over time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kasparek is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's kind, empathic and takes the time to listen. After years of dealing with health issues and never making headway with family doctors and clinics, I have never felt so seen and heard, and confident that I can trust the care I am receiving.
I have not made use of the other services the clinic offers as of yet, but they will definitely be my first choice to turn to for acupuncture and other natural health treatments as they're needed.
The reception staff has also been very kind and sympathetic, and are quick to respond to questions.
