Nice sales staff with excellent product knowledge. They helped me with my purchase and I left the store very pleased. Nice selection of dress shoes for any occasion. Very clean store and excellent service. Stop by to browse the nicest shoes in Town. I will shop here again for all of these reasons. Aldo is a cut above the rest. Excellent.

I had an awesome experience at the st. Laurent location. I came in not really knowing much about the products and was greeted by amazing staff that were patient with me and very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the most cutest bracelet I now own ? O and the store was super clean, just another thing I remember! Keep up the good work st Laurent aldo accessories!!

The shoes are okay, not the most comfortable but okay and at least they’re leather. What I find really bad is the service provided by the sellers. You just spent $150 for a pair of shoes and still push and push for you to buy their shoe care products. They always make you feel as if you don’t know how to take care of your shoes. You know what? I’ve worn shoes all my life! Last time I was there I had a 15% off discount and the clerk, pushing for the shoe care products said that the discount would also apply to these products. She kept insisting until she offered some wipes and whenI asked how much they were she said $6. I said okay, I would take them so she would leave me alone already. When I asked for my receipt she insisted she would e-mail it to me. When I arrived home and I checked the receipt I realized that the wipes were actually $9 and that the discount didn’t apply to them I felt so dum and frustrated! She lied and manipulated me. I was not going to go back to St. Laurent to return the wipes so I tried to complain by phone and it was impossible, no human answers the phone for Customer Service (just to buy stuff) I tried to complain by Chat and it was the same thing. I tried with Twitter and after a few days (and me saying that I would make my comment public) I was told that someone would contact me from Customer Service in 5 business days. It’s been 4 business days (7 natural days) and no one has contacted me. Awful, terrible service! Really frustrating not being able to trust whom you’re buying from nor the company she represents. Be careful when you buy there, check your receipt in the store and don’t feel obliged to buy any of their shoe care products.

I Went there to look at shoes and some crack head looking white girl who works there ran over to complain I wasn't wearing a mask although she wasn't wearing hers either. She then claimed that me and my 4 year old daughter were making her uncomfortable because I wouldn't acknowledge this crack head employee.. ??‍♂️ If anything it was her fear of life and Karen like persona that made me and my daughter uncomfortable. #wheresaldo

Definitely really bad customer service ! I went to return a beautiful pair of sandals, I brought with me the receipt and the credit card That I used for payment, I ordered the shoes online and I got a discount code. When I ask the sales gentleman for returning them , he mediately asked me for the receipt or online order as well as my credit card I used for payment, After a couple minutes he check everything like he told me: I need the discount code you used in the moment of buying the shoes in order to proceed with the return, Unfortunately I didn’t have the code I tried to check on my emails but I didn’t have it. He said with not discount code he can do the return I said but I don’t have the discount code. He said is not code, no return, I ask about customer service if he can call head office or someone maybe they can help wit the code or if is any other way , He said β€œNo” i asked for customer service number he said there is no number . I decide to google and call myself . At the end customer representative told me was no need to know the code , even customer service spoke with the salesmen using my phone , still didnt do it . Unfortunately, called was disconnected and i have to go . Is so sad to see a company with so much potential and beautiful, stylish shoes is going down because of poor customer service , I will never buy from there as ai canceled my other preorder . They need more training how to great clients , how to try to help them looking for a solution or at least pretend ! This guy was there because he has to, not passion , no desire to work anything . Very disappointed, is not like the old times.
